Usually, I bought turkey leg at the theme park, the fair and festival. This food truck got the best turkey leg I have ever tried. The meaty, smoky, juicy, fall of the bone turkey meat was as so delicious! The ribs were also very good- smokey and good flavor. The sweet BBQ sauce was perfect to dip the meat in. This is the best BBQ food truck I have ever been to and I have been to most of them in Tampa. The turkey legs are cooked in their juices and are far superior to dried out Theme Park turkey legs and even better than the fair. One leg easily feeds 2 or more. The ribs are also fall off the bone delicious and the collards are sweet, meaty and savory. Closed on Sun-Wed so go when you can and don't let the line scare you. Well worth the wait!
