I paid $17 for a footlong meal. That alone was insane. Came here specifically for the happy Gilmore promotion since I'm watching the movie tonight. I was made to buy 2 drinks to get the cup for whatever reason. The happy Gilmore cup was under tha bad bunny cup. I asked for the other one and she said there was only one kind. Congratulations subway, I wont go back because it's not worth it and y'all also aren't accommodating even when I tip

They do not answer the phone. I tried waiting for about 15 minutes trying to reach them to cancel an app order, but I seriously doubt they even have a phone plugged in

I can't say that I ate during my visit, the person in front of me placed an order, the employee was not paying attention and cut the bread for a 6-in when they order it a footlong. The customer in front of me politely let them know that they would like a footlong, then the employee started arguing with him about what they actually ordered, the customer never raised her voice or said anything derogatory and then the employee said they didn't feel comfortable serving them. So that customer left and then I followed. It was obvious that the employee was on something, and not interested in working today from the get-go. This happened on Sunday March 30th at 12:50 p.m. I would avoid this Subway at all cost, I know that I will not be returning

I've been here a few times, my elderly mother is high risk so we always do online orders and I pick them up.

Lately because I've been unwell my b4 puts in an order and I pick them up.

We order the same thing each time. It takes me a long time to settle my mom down to eat after I have to go pick up food and the travel time as well.

Today they made the order completely wrong with things my mother should not eat and mine missing a lot of ingredients, AND even one sandwich missing avocado WHICH IS EXTRA when my bf called to tell them they denied him several times saying there was no such order, it was in his name!!! He offered the order number and said I had to take the food back. WHY WOULD I TAKE FOOD FROM MY HUNGRY MOTHER'S MOUTH TO PROVE TO THEM THEY MADE IT WRONG? I am already unwell because of my disability, I even took photos so maybe they would believe us but nothing. Disgusting establishment no wonder it's always empty. They are cold and rude every time I go in, I assumed they don't like how I dress or that I'm Latina, I'm not sure...

This was supposed to be the Italian Cheese bread, with avocado, oil and vinegar and SMASHED AVOCADO I was charged almost three dollars for something they missed.

I went to eat yesterday had a Philly sandwich and was very sick of my stomach this place is very dirty tables not cleaned at all the soda machine was sticky I will never go to this place again also they have the meat covered you can’t see the employee making the sandwich. Do not recommend this place at all.

Visited here on 09.01.24 for lunch. The food was fresh, but the service was very lacking. The lady there seemed annoyed that we even came to order. It wasn't busy, and we were the only ones there. Seems we simply inconvenienced her with our business?.
Because of this, we cut our order short and didn't get everything we initially wanted. We paid for what we'd already ordered and left.
We really like Subway, but we'll never return to this particular location again.
