This Subway claims to be open until 9:30 pm, but when I arrived at 9:00 pm it was already closed. Employees were inside wasting time and refused to serve customers. They are robbing 30 minutes of service from the posted hours, which is very disrespectful and unprofessional. Very disappointing experience

At 9 p.m., they're done selling anything and they tell you they're closed, when clearly the girl is just wasting her time doing nothing.
Location was very clean, but my food was not good. The bread was definitely old and the cookies I got were hard also. Such a nice location, maybe I got a bad batch but it was disappointing.

Lady with the bangs was rude and gave attitude to customers!! She did seem pretty under stress because she said that she just got the order and was by herself, but because of that my sandwich came out wrong and I lost my appetite šš» she said something under her breath, the subway on Dale Mabry is your best bet.

Customers can't use bathroom
Well Im a regular costumer and the ladys at the store all always friendly and always ask how they can help always smiling. but now they have this new lady the basicly look at me and let me waiting no even ask me anything she ignore
me ,when I was the only costumer at the store and finally I walked away to fine another store I'm very disappointed
I have arrived 20 mins before store closing but the store was closed by then. The cashier is closing the register and didnāt even care to look at the door even after noticing me outside the store.
We were at 9:10pm by that time the person inside the store closed it and didnot allow us in though the store timings are till 9:30pm
They continue with the same mistreatment of clients, you consume and they do not let you enter the health service, they are very rude
Typical Subway experience imo.

The two women were extremely lost and looked like they didn't know what they were doing she gave me two tuna sandwiches when I never ordered it and she made me pay for it and refused to make me another one. The soup they gave me was cold. Donāt recommend spending ur time or money here.

Iām a regular customer at this location and itās always an amazing feeling coming in! Everything is nice and clean. The employees are attentive and have an out standing customer service! Iāll definitely keep coming back here! You guys rock!

Worst experience ever, I ask before ordering that I got a coupon and the lady from the crew said yes but when I went to pay the owner didnāt want to accept the coupon because he wants to sell me the sandwich he want not the one I choose that was outside the ones was restricted by the coupon. Donāt go to that store
I'm going to consume but first I need to go into the bathroom to wash my hands and they tell me that the toilets are broken. Which is not true

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxing and the restaurant was absolutely impeccably clean. They were very careful with my order since I have food allergies and were very approachable.
