I went to Subway today on a humbug and I have the best subway attendant that I’ve had in a long time his name was Andrew. He was so polite. His customer service skills was excellent. I will go back just for him.

Went here the other night and had an unpleasant experience. Most everyone at this location are nice and courteous except one. He was not wearing a name tag so not sure his name but he is so rude and disrespectful. It’s close to home so I will be back but not if he’s working.

I had not been to this subway for some time. The Manager, Andrew, who told me he was new to the location but not subway was very proud of his store. It had recently been remodeled. He asked me to share if I enjoyed my meal. Well I enjoyed talking with him, I really enjoyed my steak sub and the store looked great. So for Andrew and his extra effort, I am recommending to all to give him a visit.

No mayonnaise how do you run a sub shop with no mayo and cashier took over 10 minutes to ring me up and had to call a manager on her cell phone to walk her through the process of how to use the register by the time I ate my sandwich it was soggy definitely not worth the $16 I paid for one sandwich that took over 15 minutes and I was the only customer in the store never again Subway!!!!

Just left subways and I have to say I will no longer be going to ANY subways. Staff is always either rude or high!! Every subway I've been to around tampa sucks!! Just left the one on Hillsborough in Town and Country and as soon as you walk in no one is there. Store unattended. An employee eventually walks in on the phone with the worst attitude!! Unfriendly and acting like she doesn't want to be here!! The whole time she was talkiing on the phone. Unprofessional and rude!! Then they expect high pay!! 4/12/24 at 7:00:41 if any manager cares which doesn't seem like it. Host order ID: S2NJRNJTHC5E2Q42. I remember when subway was the place to go. My household will be finding a new place to go from now on. I'm surprised there still around actually. Horrible experience!!

Went here 9:37a today and they were closed! Even though the sign states they open at 8a. I called and a woman answered said she was closed because she was doing a catering order! Lol so she is saying no to customers coming in to pay money for food cause she has a catering order. In what business class was this learned? My my my how times have changed since I managed a Subway. You don't turn customers away. You do the catering order in between. And I was a manager back when you had to braid the bread and pile it all on a wooden board, 3 feet at a time. Catering orders of 20 foot long sub. But I hope your catering order paid enough for all the customers you lost in the 2+ hours you were closed. I did see 3 working guys leave when I was arriving too. Smh I hope the owner sees this.

I've never experienced an interaction with an Employee, who was absolutely disrespectful to the extent that this woman was. She must have been having a bad day.Ultimately, I was forced to cancel my "Door Dash". Only because, she refused to make the food.
