I came here to quick bite to eat at 11am they had no bread like what have the employees been doing all morning. It looks like they had just put it in the oven but anyways I got a sandwich and let me say I just to heat it up in the microwave and I only live 3 minutes away

I can appreciate that an employee wants to multitask, but when I have waited in line for 20 minutes for him to finish his online orders which he allows to move to the front of the line and then when it's finally my turn he Services both me and the person behind me at the same time causing me further delay! That is no way to treat your customers I hope the person behind me tipped him well! Such BS!

My mobile order wasn't toasted. Herbs and cheddar bread had no herbs and barely any cheese. Outside the store is a ton of garbage as well

So I ordered dinner from here about an hour ago just got my food, and this is what I got I paid for extra meat for the steak and cheese and there's obviously no extra meat on there there's barely any meat on it period then my wife ordered the rotisserie chicken and even tho she did not want extra meat her sandwich only had a few pieces of meat as well so basically I just paid for bread and mayo and I will not be ordering from this location again!!!! People pay good money for food and delivery to receive terrible ass food!!!! And to top everything off we both got white bread when my wife ordered the multi grain bread and I ordered the Italian herb and cheese, my wife doesn't even eat white bread so if I'm paying for something I expect it to be the way I ordered it or I should've been contacted to pick a different bread. These people just make whatever they want like it's their food!!!

I went to Subway today on a humbug and I have the best subway attendant that I’ve had in a long time his name was Andrew. He was so polite. His customer service skills was excellent. I will go back just for him.

Went here the other night and had an unpleasant experience. Most everyone at this location are nice and courteous except one. He was not wearing a name tag so not sure his name but he is so rude and disrespectful. It’s close to home so I will be back but not if he’s working.

I had not been to this subway for some time. The Manager, Andrew, who told me he was new to the location but not subway was very proud of his store. It had recently been remodeled. He asked me to share if I enjoyed my meal. Well I enjoyed talking with him, I really enjoyed my steak sub and the store looked great. So for Andrew and his extra effort, I am recommending to all to give him a visit.

No mayonnaise how do you run a sub shop with no mayo and cashier took over 10 minutes to ring me up and had to call a manager on her cell phone to walk her through the process of how to use the register by the time I ate my sandwich it was soggy definitely not worth the $16 I paid for one sandwich that took over 15 minutes and I was the only customer in the store never again Subway!!!!

Just left subways and I have to say I will no longer be going to ANY subways. Staff is always either rude or high!! Every subway I've been to around tampa sucks!! Just left the one on Hillsborough in Town and Country and as soon as you walk in no one is there. Store unattended. An employee eventually walks in on the phone with the worst attitude!! Unfriendly and acting like she doesn't want to be here!! The whole time she was talkiing on the phone. Unprofessional and rude!! Then they expect high pay!! 4/12/24 at 7:00:41 if any manager cares which doesn't seem like it. Host order ID: S2NJRNJTHC5E2Q42. I remember when subway was the place to go. My household will be finding a new place to go from now on. I'm surprised there still around actually. Horrible experience!!

Went here 9:37a today and they were closed! Even though the sign states they open at 8a. I called and a woman answered said she was closed because she was doing a catering order! Lol so she is saying no to customers coming in to pay money for food cause she has a catering order. In what business class was this learned? My my my how times have changed since I managed a Subway. You don't turn customers away. You do the catering order in between. And I was a manager back when you had to braid the bread and pile it all on a wooden board, 3 feet at a time. Catering orders of 20 foot long sub. But I hope your catering order paid enough for all the customers you lost in the 2+ hours you were closed. I did see 3 working guys leave when I was arriving too. Smh I hope the owner sees this.
