They where generous with the portions. Unlike other subways. The only thing that sucks is that in this location there’s a lot of homeless people so they have to keep the bathroom locked up.

I've came here twice now to see if the second time was better with service or not. First time the ladies that were wearing the turbans very rude and can't seem to hear anything right. They don't need to talk in their language amongst themselves about what I'm saying. Second time coming here one turban wearing lady just took her sweet time in no hurry at all, can't hear when I speak to her. When my girlfriend and I are inside, she made the tray of bread, the alarm for it kept going off for like 6 minutes and she's in the back. A gentleman came in to order, she was in the back of the store. He waited and waited then started leaving, she noticed and starts clapping her hands like hey get back here, that's not normal behavior. She isn't subway material. I've worked at subway much more busier than this one very poor customer service.

The older lady that works there was very rude and told me that I needed help and lied about multiple things the whole time I was there for no reason because you know she’s working and then at the end she had to for some reason use the marker on a $20 bill mind you I work in customer service and you never are supposed to mark dollars unless it’s over 50 seems like she was just being weird and discriminatory

first and last time I ordered from this store, I ordered online to pick up and when I got home I realized that the entire order was wrong, I went back to the store to have them make it again and they made it wrong again, I noticed that they put sauce on my sandwich and I don't eat sauce and the guy started scraping the sauce off the sandwich and I told him I didn't want it and they didn't want to make me a new sandwich, in the end they made me a new sandwich and it still wasn't with the type of bread I had ordered.
First and last time at this location. Customer service was okay kept trying to order and lady would ask me what I want then do something else multiple times. Cashier put the receipt on the counter and just walked away. The subway on Waters is so much better! Ordered three cookies only got 2 and not even the ones I asked for!

The gals are super sweet!! I drive all the way to go eat here. Love how the sandwich tastes always! The only thing I would say is please keep restrooms clean!! Can’t wait to come back again.

Yes you'd say it's just another Subway but this one, although a smaller footprint than others consistently delivers in food & service & good value especially when it seems much more expensive these days to eat out. Jabun & Fatima are always helpful, patient & courteous. Can't go wrong with our fave BMT 😋

The lady that wearing a turban on her head was a Indian lady just rude and disrespectful I stopped my order as thy was making it because I felt like she was rude and acting racist to me cause I was blk an I was correcting her on my sandwich and she got mad.
