The guy making the sandwich forgot to put the ham on the Italian bmt. The woman told me after I paid that he forgot and she was putting it on the side for me to add to the sandwich. I told her no, please put it on the sandwich because I paid for you to make it correctly. She said if I didn’t tell you, you wouldn’t have known 🤔 PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING. She also made me very uncomfortable by making comments about another customer in front of everyone. I won’t be back here.

Rudest subway I’ve ever been to… and they OVERCHARGE you. I was told at the register I would have to pay more for the days $6.99 special because their soda machine is out of carbonation, so I would have to pay extra for a bottled drink and that everyone has been doing it so it’s not a big deal.

Showed up at 10:20pm, luckily put in an online review because the worker had the doors locked trying to close early; website and door states they close at 11pm. Messed up my order, sandwiches were obviously thrown together; wrong bread, wrong toppings, random condiments put on, had to go back for chips he'd forgotten.

The worker could not follow simple directions. We told her multiple time what we wanted at individual times however, she managed to completely mess up all the orders. When trying to correct her she said we told her wrong and refused to help. Didn't get to try the food but the other associate had no gloves on while working. Didn’t know making a sandwich was so hard.

This subway is the best I've ever been to. The service is unmatched. The gentleman that served me and my husband was so kind, I was having trouble reading the menu as I had just come from the eye Dr and he happily read the menu to me. Then he made our sandwiches with so much love you could taste it literally. We will return for sure.

I eat here often because i work nearby, and the team members have amazing customer service! Jahid and all others working with him! I order the same thing every time- they memorized my order! So when i walk in they already know what i want! The food taste very fresh and the place is kept clean, i have no complaints!
