It is rare to find a place where good food meets good for you! That’s just what you get with Supernatural. The story behind the food is even a better then the adventure to find the place in Downtown Tampa! Consider yourself a local when you make this place a staple of your downtown food stops. Our latest visit for Coffee and Conversations focused on conversations about community members who are doing things behind the scenes in our city! We met with new friends that fill up Polk Street to bring liveliness to the street! My strategy: Come for the vegan Donuts (order ahead) and keep working down the menu until you tried the all the items! #greatcitiesaredesignedTarynSabia #taryn4tampa #tarynsupportslocal #tarynformayor Go check them out! Supernatural is a great authentic addition to our city! Keep up the good work!

Small menu. Great stuff. Some items run out early.
I’m going to try the natural Fresca next time.
I have an Italian stallion sandwich and chamomile tea.

Pre ordered the donuts, woke up early to get them, and they ended up being some of the best donuts I've ever had. Highly recommend.

There are 3 words to describe the sandwich I ate here: bussin, bussin, and bussin. Seriously so good, and I'm usually the type of person to regret spending money on a sandwich if I can make it myself at home. Lemme just say... I could not replicate the magic of this place if I tried. The bread tasted so fresh, my friend who is gluten-free got the gf bread and said that was amazing too. The staff are super friendly and cool. There is very little seating outside, so I would recommend finding a plan B spot to eat your sandwiches during busy days. I'm from Raleigh, NC and will be thinking about these sandwiches until the day I can get back to this godforsaken city to eat another.

I have visited this restaurant twice and both times I was met with some of the rudest, most unprofessional behavior I have ever experienced as a customer.
On my first visit, I walked in with my registered service animal and was immediately yelled at by a female staff member who demanded my dog leave because she wasn’t wearing a vest. We were forced to order outside like we didn’t belong there. When I was told it was a health code violation, that is simply not true — the FDA Food Code and the Americans with Disabilities Act are aligned on this. Service animals are federally protected and allowed in food establishments. No vest is required by law. What happened to me was not a health issue — it was discrimination.
I gave them another chance and returned today. I was ordering outside and when a female staff member opened the window, I politely assumed she was ready to take orders. She snapped and yelled at me in front of others, making it very clear she had no interest in being decent to customers. Twice now, this same woman has been aggressive, dismissive, and just plain mean. There is absolutely no excuse for speaking to anyone that way.
The male staff member both visits was wonderful — genuinely kind and professional. This review is not about him at all.
And yes, the donuts are good. But good food means nothing when the person running the front treats customers — especially those with disabilities — with this level of hostility and disrespect.
I will be filing formal complaints with the U.S. Department of Justice and the ADA. I will also be making sure that every friend, follower, and person I know hears about this experience. I will not be returning, and I will be actively encouraging others to take their business elsewhere until this is addressed. Kindness and basic human decency should be the bare minimum

Just found out about this place last night. And let me say I am sad I just discovered it. While we live in Orlando and don’t get to Tampa a lot we now have another reason to come this way. We got 6 donuts half and half and I don’t think I have ever had a more moist donut. Well done. We also got 2 breakfast sandwiches. One bacon and one sausage. I am not a big breakfast sandwich person but if I could eat one of these every day I would. We will most definitely be back.
