The sushi rolls are some of the best I've had. Very flavorful and unique. My only reduction in star was that there was only one person at the front. He had to manage the tables and takeout. I understand it's a small restaurant, but possibly higher a part-time person on the peak periods. However, I do not want to end on a negative, we will be back as the food is very delicious. And although he was busy, he was very friendly.

My Sushark experience is always amazing. They have the best sushi and service. Frequently go there for drinks and sushi with friends and we thoroughly enjoy our experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend this to anyone. It’s worth the drive.

Sushark is the most amazing place you could go for a variety of occasions. I went with my girlfriend for our first date, and when i wanted to come back for our one year they let me close down the restaurant just so i could do something special for her. They made it absolutely beautiful and put so much time and effort into it, as well as genuinely caring about us as customers. They made us feel so welcome, and the whole team as well as the owner should be extremely proud to run such an amazing restaurant. Please come here for your most important occasions, i promise you won’t be disappointed! Their food is the most fresh and delicious you will find in all of tampa in my opinion, and the service both times we have been was unbelievably good. The people that run the restaurant are so incredibly kind and helpful, and will make any occasion an amazing experience! Go to Sushark!!!

I made reservations for me and my friends to sit at the bar on ladies night. Everything was great up until they served us our checks immediately and took our food right away before we were even finished. I was still drinking my sake and enjoying my night. I started talking to the owner and she was very nice but then abruptly told my friend that she had other people waiting and we needed to leave. Again they had taken our food, checks, and my drink was unfinished. Very rude restaurant etiquette. She then began to put my sake in a plastic cup to finish outside. I have always been a big fan of this restaurant but because of the poor behavior and rude etiquette I will not be returning.

Was driving by and had a craving for some sushi.. And WOOW !!! This place is soooooo delicious.. The Shrimp Tempura was super good.. I even order food to go cause I just wanted to keep trying everything..
Highly recommend.. Very impressed.. What a great meal for n a Friday evening..

We love sushark. It's not cheap but it's tampa so we understand the prices. Food is more exploratory but we loved everything we got! Been back a few times since. We get the hand rolls, crispy rice bites and sushi rolls. Fresh and flavorful.
Inside is small, it's definitely geared towards takeout but you can eat there. Would only recommend for two people for a more casual date night! It's moody in there.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I went last night and absolutely loved it!! It was ladies night, they have specials and all the food was amazing. Everyone was so attentive and nice. The place is super clean and has an amazing vibe. Will definitely be back!!

First time dining at Sushark. Service was attentive and quite perfect. The sake option was a dry Junmai and we would absolutely order again. We tried the gyo soup, swole roll, and Mongolian beef. I really appreciated that they offered me the option to grill the (Mongolian) beef over fried. Sushi was fresh and rice cooked perfectly. We really enjoyed our entire order and most definitely will return. Great experience this evening.

The California was horriable as soon as I opened the box I could smell it. Not fresh. But it looked beautiful, and the box was beautiful. So I paid for that beautiful box. The most expensive California Sushi I have ever had. I should have eaten the box it probably would have tasted better.

I got the tsunami roll. I think the interior is super nice, but the prices of the rolls were a lot higher than expected. I also didn’t like how the process to view the menu was through a QR code. They didn’t have any physical menus in the store. This prompts for lack of inclusivity for those who are not tech savvy. The inside also has no acoustics so you hear everyone and their mother’s conversations. I came with a fairly big party and felt apologetic to those who came to dine in after we sat down. My party wasn’t particularly loud, however due to lack of acoustics, our voices did carry. We didn’t get any drinks because the roll itself costs $20~ and that’s already pretty steep for an establishment that’s only catering to aesthetics and presentation.
