The quality of the food does not outweigh the fact that staff are seemingly unprepared to have more than one guest in store at a time. Saw someone walk out over the wait meanwhile people in the back were prepping for the day leaving one person up front. The only person up front still even had to go to the back and grab stuff so what’s the point of having the entire team on prepping duty when they don’t get the job done.
This wasn’t an isolated experience. I believe the Hyde park location has closed but I had the same experience multiple times there, had hoped this newer location would hold be a better experience

Food’s usually decent but the service sucks. Waited in line for 5 minutes as one girl was helping the person in front of me, while four other people “prepped”. Finally got to be my turn, and guess what? The girl still had to go to the back to grab things she was low on while the others kept busy by pretending to be busy.
This isn’t the first time this has happened to me, but I can tell you that this will be the last time I come back.

This place is consistently delicious! I told my whole office about it and everyone started going and loved it! I literally go like everyday. The portion is amazing and fits the price. Fresh ingredients and the staff is so kind as well. I seriously enjoy it every time!

I love sweetgreen. We don't have these in Brevard so every time I come to Tampa or South Florida I love visiting to get a healthy and delicious meal! Employees were friendly and everything tasted fresh.

Big portions, fast friendly service. also choices for vegans, however the mushrooms are way oversalted and the roasted Tofu is so overcooked that its very hard to chew. Other than that very tasty and fresh

I was a little hesitate with only one other review, I couldn't find anywhere to eat close by and this place was a treat!
I got the shroomami, as it comes and it was delicious! Very tasty mushrooms ans tofu with all the other goodness.

Ordered delivery for our office. Half of the bowls were only 1/4 full. When the delivery man showed up, he couldn't speak english or figure out how to get me to sign for the order on the phone and wouldn't give us our food. We will never get anything from here again.
Best salad place I have ever been. I got the create your own bowl and you get to choose from the different add on.The portion sizes are very generous. You have to try the ceasar dressing it goes really well with your salad.

I went into Sweetgreen the atmosphere was nice so were the employees. I was SO eager to try Sweetgreen! I’ve heard so many great things that today I finally tried it!! But after picking up my order and coming home the protein portion was so underwhelming for what it is. There was sooo much rice but for a steak bowl there wasn’t much of steak at all to go with the other toppings :( photos on their site look so portion appropriate with everything else but this was a bit of let down…….
