My experience was meh. I tried it for the first time today and wasn’t impressed. I don’t know if it was just the bowl I ordered, but it was mostly kale and the sauce cups were SO tiny. It probably had enough to cover 1/4 of the salad ): so I ended up with a LOT of dry kale that is just going to have to go in my compost because kale is not fun to eat dry.Also noticed that utensils were not added to my to-go bag, so when I got back to work with my food I had to look for utensils ): I dont recall seeing an option to add utensils when ordered online, but maybe I missed it? Either way, I think there should be one.Location looked nice though, looks like a little area they’re trying to build up that was once a run down part of the neighborhood. So it is nice to see new little businesses popping up.So, my suggestion for improvement would be to offer larger sauce cups and put the utensils in the bag. I’ll try again one day and update my review.

I came here for the first time as I heard great things, but I will not be back. I ordered the Kale Caesar salad from the menu. As she was making it she asked if I wanted light medium or heavy dressing. I asked for medium but there is barely any dressing on it. It’s mostly undressed kale.Also the menu item said it came with chicken but the person making it said it didn’t and it would be extra. $14 for some kale, tomatoes and parm crisps is not worth it. I wish I would’ve known up front the protein wasn’t included or I wouldn’t have ordered.

All I can say is delicious ???Very healthy, unique, tasty place to eat. I dnt eat meat and this turned out to be an awesome choice✨✨✨✨I will eat here as much as possible lolI recommend everyone to try this place at least one. Very awesome!!!

I went with a friend and we both got the Buffalo chicken salad and our lives haven't been the same since It is SO good! I don't even need extra dressing because they mix the right amount, not to mention it's a guilt free trip due to low calories. The service has always been impeccable--shout out to Francisco for taking care of us! And while it was a to go order, the vibes inside and out of the restaurant is a place where I can see myself coming back to do some work.And do get the bread!

I live nearby and come here all the time and it’s always good except for today. The girl who cashed me out Natasha was so rude, concerned about “closing” like 2 hours before they close. She seriously was MEAN, I tried to kill her with kindness but, nope! I work in service so I know the hours can be long but you can’t let it get to you like that Lmao. And she was touching my food with no gloves either which is kinda weird considering they have utensils to use. Also they were out of white rice (obviously because she didn’t wanna make it) it was honestly just really bad experience overall and I walked out feeling upset!!!

The ingredients are high-quality, and the menu offers a variety of creative combinations to suit different tastes. Sweetgreen salads are to die for! The Harvest Bowl is my favorite. The workers are friendly and helpful when making decisions to branch out from my OG choice. The restaurant is clean and welcoming.

I've always been a fan of Sweetgreen and believe it tastes great. Unfortunately, the prices here have just gotten to the point where it's often more than going to a sit-down full service restaurant and ordering the same. Companies like this continue to post record profits, not revenue and continue to gouge the customer with unnecessarily over priced food. Adding insult to injury, they want you to tip on top of the absurd prices. I'm unsure of what I'm tipping for, the people on the line are merely doing their job by asking you what you want and they don't wait on tables, so what exactly am I tipping for? Do they not get paid?3 Stars for the greedy prices, 4 stars for service because more often than not, I'm standing waiting for someone to acknowledge me while the entire staff is in the back of the house celebrating a birthday, having a meeting during business hours or prepping, which is just a reflection on management more than anything else.I've cut back how often I go here and would rather give my money to less greedy businesses.

Ordered delivery that was supposed to be at my home by 6:45.. it's now 7:45 and I still haven't gotten my order and all they've done to compensate is send me a $5 reward. It's been "waiting for courier" for over an hour which means my food has been sitting out and at this point I don't even want my order anymore and there's no way to cancel since it's already been made.
It's really unfortunate Sweetgreen is getting a bad rep because this used to be my favorite lunch spot back in DC. Unfortunately, all Sweetgreens are not created equal. Like many other complaints, the service is slow, the staff is not friendly and the food quality is lacking. I'm not sure where the managers are, but they need to be supervising their employees. I will not be coming back here again.

Unbelievably slow. No sense of urgency. Lack of staff. Tables aren’t ever properly wiped down outside. Food is way over priced. Matter of time when it goes under.
