I have been with this company for over 10 years, and they have left my store empty on several occasions, without warning. Whenever the driver goes on vacation they leave us without ice cream unannounced, and when I call asking where they are, they tell me "we're closed today" or lie and say theyre coming and never do. For no reason at all, they took my good size working freezer and replaced with with a smaller one with wheels that do not lock properly. Today when a customer pulled on the freezer after it vacuum sealed, it tilted and the little contents that were in the freezer (the ice cream i bought from walmart since i was entirely out) fell on her. I guess I am lucky they havent showed up in 2 weeks because its practically empty. I am searching for another ice cream company because their lack of customer service, and the fact they leave my store without ice cream is unacceptable. I recommend exploring other options if you have a store. They are absolutely terrible at caring about you as a customer, and if you are a new store, looking for an ice cream distributer this is probably your worst possible choice.

Nice folks. No parking. Lot filled with reefer box trucks. Delivered today. Room for me and another truck at the dock. 1 S/R manager, 1 helper. Be patient. They open at 8 AM EST. Someone is normally there by 7:45 AM.

To this day I still have not got a shipment it has been over two week. I called them and Tamica told me oh yes it will be there Monday that was over two weeks ago. The office girl she is a nice person she called Ocala office while I was on the phone,now I am calling two weeks after they says there truck broke !

I took over an already established acct with Sweetheart and thought things. Would go smoothly. I paid the 1st 2 invoices & then half way thru summer, my deliveries stopped. I sent emails, made phone calls & texted the driver directly. 2wks later delivery driver said he was in NY and someone else would send us our order. On the 3rd week I still had no delivery & sent an email & then on the 4th I called. The representative answered & continued to have a conversation with someone else in her presence while I explained the issue. It was very unprofessional & she quickly told me "we switch drivers & I'll have him call you". I tried asking about my list & nbr "someone "would call me back on & got rushed off the phone. I desperately need another company that is going to provide good service & has the products I'm seeking for. With my upcoming Labor Day event I definitely don't expect Sweet Heart to come through & DEFINITELY looking for someone else to do business with.

The worst customer service EVER! I do not know how Carlos holds a job there. He must be family. He will charge you for taxes even after receiving your tax Cert. and then deny he ever received it and when you question Carlos for a refund he will tell you to screw off in so many words. He will charge tax on delivery fees which is separate on the invoice and which is illegal according to The Dept. of Rev. be the illegality does not seem to matter to them. I purchase $700 a week in Ice Cream and Carlos acts like he could care less. This guy needs to be fired!! Go with DeConna in Tampa if you want decent service.

I contacted this company this morning to inquire about a purchase. The lady who answered the phone spoke very poor English and when I asked her what she had just said (because I could not understand her) she hung up on me. I called back a few mins later and she answered then immediately hung up again. I have never dealt with a someone as rude as this woman. If I could give a zero star review, i most definitely would.
