They forgot items in my online order. That's fine, it happens. I was already home so I needed to drive back. When I was there I asked for an order of cinnabuns bites to compensate me for needing to drive an extra 30 minutes.
The employee, Marie, got really snotty and told me that was their choice and that I wouldn't get anything.
I try to treat people like I want to be treated. That means I'm caught off guard when people tear me badly like this.
I'd recommend finding another location. This one has serious training issues. If others in the area get this bad I will just stop going like I did with Popeyes after the locations in the area all had bad service.
I'm not a super picky person and I much prefer leaving five star reviews to one Stars, but this was a horrible experience.

I went to Taco Bell for my dinner and decided to go to drive thru when I got to the window the employee, her name is Madison she gives the food to my husband and when she cashes him out to give him back the change she asked my husband if he could give her some money and my husband told her, is there a reason in why she's asking for money to literal customers, she was literally flirting with my husband in front of me and she smells like straight up weed. Why is a high person working in a fast food place other than that the food was great everything else was great except for the woman me and my husband encountered at the drive thru, she does not have a reason to ask my husband OR any other customer for money what kind of restaurant allows this?

I went through the driveway and asked “can I do two separate orders please” and the lady straight up said no 😞 then I asked her if she hates her job which it was very clear she does and she said yes. Tacos fire though

Just amazing all around. The food was fresh & stacked! Nothing missing & I had a big order. & the service was beyond great. They put a whole new look on Taco Bell for me! Loved it!!

The crew were very slow on the service, they had music in the kitchen louder than the one in the restaurant, not a good service at all, not the first time that this place is like this, I try to see if it got better but every time I come is worst
Went through the drive through, feeling nostalgic -ordered two double decker taco supreme and a bean burrito. Got 3 regular tacos with skimpy meat. Receipt is correct, order is not. Poor service. Wasn't busy. Of course I get all the way back to work before I look, stupid me.

Did not get my order right. I asked for no beans on my Mexican pizza. One of my tacos was put upside down and wasn't wrapped so I lost out on taco and pizza. Not happy with them. Not friendly when took my order but we're very friendly when giving me my order. I feel like I wasted $12

Ordered a nacho cheese gordita, steak grilled cheese burrito with extra fiesta strips, and a steak quesadilla for delivery. Got a double stack taco, no fiesta strips in the burrito, and the quesadilla was not cooked all the way through.
Avoid this location. I've ordered from here a few times now and it's gotten progressively worse. I won't make the mistake of ordering from here again.
