They redesigned this location and it looks nice but the service is TERRIBLE very,very rude staff and there burgers are just thrown together with no concerns from staff on how the look..the 2 times I've been here my burgers looked smashed..won't be going back to this location thats for sure..

Employee in drive-through cashier Eugenya was very rude no greeting whatsoever . I did curse but not at nor towards him It was said in a joking šŸ™ƒ manner never disrespected him or called him out of his name . Got to the window not one time did he say hello how are u also before hand when I was at the speaker placing my order his tone was rushing me to order because I also didn’t know what I wanted most of the time they don’t rush u they tell u to take ur time so just to throw that in there . Food was good service suck sorry hard no for me !

The place was clean and the employees hang out in the corner where cameras don't point there so it's all high school drama kids working there .... If you call sitting in a corner laughing playing kissing hugging etc . Just not professional to kiss in uniform all over the dinning room patrons don't want to watch this at all .

This store has undergone some management changes for the better.
I was a little befuddled because they had changed the menu. The guy at the drive through was so happy to help and informative in helping me get to my ā€œold usualā€
He told me he is the new crew leader and is helping the staff to become more engaged and helpful.
I was completely surprised by this as to me Taco Bell is just hurry up and go. He made me think about the experience itself, and in turn I had a better lunch break experience.

Don’t know why I keep ordering from this disgrace of a location. When I go to the location, the staff is always lazy and rude. And don’t let me order delivery, because there is a strong chance they are going to forget something every single time.

I know there have been some bad reviews here but this is the best Taco Bell, definitely the best in the area, but also in general. They’ve been making some great changes and the service and food have been 5 stars each time. I recommend going to this one if the one near you isn’t it.

Placed a simple order, got to the window and pulled over to eat. Realized a taco was missing, another taco had no sauce, the other was a completely different and way more expensive item. Inside was locked so pulled back up to the window, and the lady just stood in there, ignoring us for a while and then she finally came to the window. I tried to explain to her what happened. She acts like we’re criminal. She takes my receipt takes our bag which had the rest of our food in it never gave us back our bag or the receipt closes. The window turns around gets really loud and starts laughing hysterical with all the other coworkers about our order I mean, flipping hair, laughing almost fallen on the ground reading back our order then she comes to the window and I asked if they were gonna refund me the difference cause it’s a lot less expensive what I ordered and then they make a big deal about it. Then she handed me the bags gives me the refund they give me a I’m sorry coupon card and then we look in the bag and the taco is still not in the back so I wait and the girl ignores me. Her coworker points us out. They open the window and I told her the taco is still not in the bag and they get frustrated at me…… so then they open the window I said thank you and she throws the bag at me doesn’t make eye contact at all and then we leave only to realize that we didn’t get any of our sauces or cheese sauce. Peachy service. šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø this is why I didn’t want to stop in this area to get food. Lesson learned.
