RICOS, RICOS, RICOS. Best and affordable steak tacos in Tampa, the place is clean, the food is delicious, from the juicy and perfectly seasoned meat to the sauce they give. The green sauce has a perfect balance between the spice and flavor. My husband has gotten their steak quesadilla and absolutely devours it each time.
