2 nd visit to taste as we were staying at hotel. First the order dint come out right no cheese on burger no truffle fries. The fries were cold. The burger didn’t have much taste and was well done for an expensive burger. Not that happy with meal. 91 dollars for 3 of us

Comically bad experience. I spotted non alcoholic aperitif, and asked for that and soda water, she said she didn’t even know it was nonalcoholic! Fine, but made me wonder how many aperol spritzes were made with it since the bartender didn’t know it was n/a.. anyway the food was pretty good but very greasy, and about an hour later when we got home both of us (ate separate things) got pretty sick. Then the next day we realize we left a card there after paying, walk back over, card is gone, no one has any answers, won’t look at the camera, it was ridiculous. Save yourself the headache 😂

Burgers made my wife and I have terrible indigestion. Also, as an aside, please be aware of your belongings at this place. I left my credit card inside the check book and got halfway home and realized it. Went back the next day, TOTAL NIGHTMARE, everyone I spoke to I felt like I was hassling them so bad by asking for my credit card back. I got kicked back and forth between the hotel front desk and the bar. Made me feel like I was bothering them by asking for my credit card back. According to them they don’t have it. I left it in the check book so that’s impossible. I was told they would check the cameras, then the next day they said absolutely not that they wouldn’t check the cameras for a lost card. I believe a staff member stole my card because they are being very shady about it and walked back on them checking the cameras to find out where my card is. Now I have to wait for a new card and change all of my recurring payments. What a pain! Shame on everyone associated with this gigantic mess

We came to Taste on Monday night after traveling all day with a baby. They welcomed us with open arms and served us a feast. The servers are AMAZING. There was no judgement for us being not at our best shape.
I came back for lunch with the baby the next day and my experience was just as good. I even paid incorrectly and they were so understanding. Best part of the hotel by far.

My husband, nephew and I were staying at Embassy Suites. Taste is located inside. We needed a quick meal between events at Comicon and since it was so close and we had a $25 credit we'd give it a try. The prices seemed a little high, but we were there. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Pizza, my husband the Buffalo wings and my nephew the Burger with fries. My pizza was THE BEST BUFFALO CHICKEN PIZZA pictured, that I have ever had. I would post a picture of the wings, but I couldn't get a picture fast enough, we all took some from my husband's plate thru smelled so good. The French fries were hot, fresh and seasoned perfectly and the burger was perfectly cooked Medium Rare and seasonedjust as well. I can't possibly praise how delicious everything was. Prices as mentioned were a little high, but every restaurant has raised their prices. If every restaurant TASTED this good, it would be completely understandable. Service was quick , drinks were great and we actually made our event with time to spare. I would most definitely recommend.
I didn’t realize it was inside a hotel. I probably wouldn’t have came. They tend to be a bit pricey in this area and by the size of the food I wouldn’t be returning. Super small pasta portion. But the drink was good and servers were all nice/

The food tasted great, but the service was abysmal. Took 40 minutes to get food, one of our drinks was not brought until 30 minutes after the first, order was wrong because waiter took it by memory instead if writing it, drinks overpriced for the size. Had a split bill and food items were placed on the wrong bill. Was not even during a busy time.

I swear those fries were the best I've had in a very long time.The burger, ordered well-done, came out very red in the middle. It was inedible except for the edges where it was actually cooked.

We chose TASTE as the only reasonably close spot that was open for dinner that included a nice fish meal and a steak meal. We ordered both kinds of meals off a special menu they added.The service here was AWFUL. We were seated right away by a woman pointing and saying find a table where you'd like. Then she promptly ignored us after this time.Another friendly non-English speaking woman delivered us waters a few moments later but could offer no other help.After more than 5 mins we finally realized the first woman was not coming back so I went to the host stand and located menus for ourselves.The food had a beautiful presentation. the Mahi Mahi was so flavorful but terribly overcooked. The corn succotash it sat upon tasted like dirt.The steak meal was, eh, also. It was served with fries that looked tasty but were not hot and a bit soggy from the container that were served in.We were checked on 1 time when nearly finished which is when I requested our check. The first waters we recieved were the only drinks we ever got for the duration of the meal.Beautiful atmosphere! TERRIBLE service and mediocre food at best.
