I ordered a burger, fries, and ribs. The burger and fries were enjoyable, but the ribs were a disappointment. They were inedible - tough and not tender at all, to the point where I had to throw them away.

I came to Fridays when I first moved to town n country and never ever expected to become a regular. After meeting Kyole and Avery I went from going to dive bars on Fridays to becoming a regular at Fridays every single friday. No dive bar could ever give the attention or compassion these two give. Moral of the story I have enjoyed every single experience at Fridays and it is all thanks to this team, looking forward to the many Fridays to come and the exquisite drinks that comes along with the visit. First time I've been to a TGI Friday's in years. Went before attending a school play. It was Saturday at around 5:30 pm. While most restaurants would start to get busy, there was no one here. We were seated right away. After a minute or two, our server, Brianna, said she'd be with us in a minute. About 5-7 minutes later, Michaela (another server) came by and took our drink and appetizer order. She brought our drinks and then took our food order. Our food took forever even though there wasn't anyone there. Still no sign of Brianna. When Michaela brought our food, someone at our party asked for ranch for their onion rings, and another person said they were missing fries. The ranch came when the onion rings were almost gone, and we never set eyes on the fries because they never came. We were done eating, so we didn't need them. The only time we saw Brianna was after Michaela did everything for her. So i was determined to make sure Michaela got the tip or i wasn't leaving one. The food was mediocre at best. The burger was good but didn't look anything like the picture. The pretzel bites were good. Based on this experience, I can see any the place was empty. Management, you have your work cut out for you. I hope it improves.

15 minutes to be seated, 20 minutes before the first waitress came to take our drink order. 20 minutes later, I asked someone who was walking by, which I'm guessing was the manager. She then took our drink order and got them to us. Came back after a little bit to take our food order. Then another waitress shows up and says she is our new waitress, and from that point, it seemed to be normal after an hour there. I will say, I did see that manager running around working her butt off! Saw her, helping the bartender, the waitressing, I also saw her on the cooking line as well. Kudos to that manager for darn near doing everything herself!

Not so great. Came here for my birthday. The service was horrible. Barely checked on us. Yhe spinach artichoke dip came out toasted on top and refrigerated on the bottom. Waited 25 minutes to get our check. Had a coupon to use that took them 15 minutes to say we couldn't use without adding something else because alcohol didn't count towards the special and subtotal wasnt high enough, which is understandable but not the service time behind it. Not going to add 14 dollars and wait another 30 minutes just to get 20 off. Will not be back to this location.
