Planet Smoothie offers quick service, with employees providing helpful recommendations based on customer preferences. The menu caters to those with dietary restrictions, including many dairy-free options. Customers have praised the kindness and skill of the staff, with one employee, Lauren, noted for her excellent smoothie-making. The owner is also commended for being attentive and providing detailed information about the ingredients. While the smoothies are highly regarded, some concerns have been raised about the cleanliness of the restaurant's bathroom facilities, which have been described as dirty and not well-maintained. Overall, Planet Smoothie is recommended for its exceptional service and delicious smoothies.
