Sub was so juicy and good, service was great and friendly, there’s multiple tables to sit at and they have a lunch special that you can get a sub, smoothie (which is made fresh) and also a cookie or bag of chips for only 8.99! Can’t beat it! Was very yummy and flavorful! Will definitely be coming back!

As soon as walked in smell clean and fresh that was plus!!! … The owner works there you don’t see that often and she was really nice!!! I like that!!! On top of that her smooth are made with fresh fruit!!! The Sub was delicious and smooth too.. Her prices are reasonable and the lunch special too!!

I came here accidentally by dripping of my car in one of the car shops near and stop by here and i absolutely love IT !! I love 22 mins away but im getting my sub every Monday from here!!! And the service is phenomenal she even gave us smoothies to try and they were amazing, Coming back soon

Ok, so I absolutely love this place! It's pretty much now become my Monday & Friday lunch spot, given those are the days I work from home and I'm about 3 minutes from the shop.
I’m not usually a fan of buffalo subs at all, but the owner (Kathleen) convinced me to try the Heat Check one time… and now I basically get it every time I come in. It totally changed my mind, super flavorful with just the right amount of kick.
The smoothies are awesome too, really tropical and refreshing. They use fruits like soursop, passionfruit, papaya, stuff you rarely find at other spots around here. You can tell everything’s made with care.
There's only been once that I had a mix-up with my order - and even then, Kathleen immediately texted me herself to make it right before I even had the chance to reach out! That kind of integrity is rare, and it shows how much she’s invested in her customers.
There’s nothing else like this place nearby and we need more businesses like this - places run by people who go the extra mile, serve great food, and truly want to connect with the community. Highly recommend stopping by!

Hatian native Kathleen Jeanty owned six smoothie joints in Port Au Prince until political chaos and violence made it impossible to stay. She moved to Boston, got tired of the weather and then headed to the warmth of Tampa and bought That’s Wat’Sub, which was a former Subway shop. The subs are delicious, but the smoothies are ridiculously fresh, made to order and outrageously delicious. Recommendation: Tropical Coolness (Banana, Passion Fruit, Pineapple, Coconut & Lime)
Parking: Limited parking in the strip mall, but there are spots next-door at Bank of America.
