Cheesecake never disappoints, well sometimes it does

Before I start, let me preface this. I never get on here to write reviews. But my experience tonight was so bad. Our server, Kristy, started off good. Then her family came in, no big deal. The problem started when we were waiting for a refill (5+ minutes) or to put in food, and she was right around the corner just hanging out. Okay whatever still can look past that, I love my family too. What set it over the edge is when we’re waiting to order cheesecake (at Cheesecake Factory…) and we waited over 15 minutes for her while she was literally chasing her grandkid around the restaurant, screaming. Additionally, after we ordered the cheesecake, we had to wait an extraordinary amount of time for it, considering we were maybe 20 steps from the cheesecake counter. In the midst of waiting a total of 14 minutes this time, she was screaming “dance party, dance party” while dancing around with her grandkid. While having tables filled in her section.

This is ridiculous. Obviously one does not go to Cheesecake Factory for 5 star service, but the bare minimum should be not having to wait forever for service while your waitress is chasing her grandkid around the restaurant.

Gentlemen with the long hair at the front, was great.

High prices, fair food. Great atmosphere and our server was fantastic.

Great customer services food was good

I enjoy dining here for lunch. I often sit at the bar to eat and The bartenders are always so nice, prompt, and make great drinks!

Great menu selection. Never go home hungry

Fries were stale. Service is poor. They don't do birthday songs. Overpriced for the food quality. Very overrated

We used to love eating at this location. Not sure what has happened to the food quality it is definitely "not" the same. We have visit the restaurant twice this month and both times the food has been terrible.

This restaurant was an amazing experience. I made a reservation so I didn't have to wait in line.The food was really yummy they have new appetizers and they were really good. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable.
