I love this bar, and it has had some of my favorite food in any airport for years (about 150 flights a year). I looked so forward to the paninis for the last 15 years! Today, the guy was pressing the individual pieces of bread, microwaving ingredients, and placing the sandwich together. Not a panini AT ALL. So sad. Hopefully they will figure it back out and fix it. Bartenders are awesome!
I travel all over the country and this is one of the best bars to hang out in at an airport in the United States. The food is average, but the service is excellent and the atmosphere is a ton of fun. This is located in terminal F in the Tampa airport.
Finding a Wicked Weed IPA on tap was an unexpected and welcome surprise. Adding an attentive and friendly service was an even bigger surprise at an Airport bar. Food is coming from a panini press and is as mediocre as you would expect. I had to drop a star for not offering any vegetarian options and for skipping beers from local breweries.
