Very disappointed, I have gone 3 times to this location the first time it was an older guy , amazing costumer service , but the other times it has been two different girls that are very disrespectful and are rude if you take too long to order . I don’t like writing bad reviews but there need to be a change of staff , they are rude , I will be calling corporate and speaking with them if something is not done .

Great ice cream and shop in general it’s a nice scenery for ice cream and the ice cream is super good , the staff is incredible the girls Ariana and Karina are incredible workers overall good ice cream place to bring friends and family for a good treat!!

I had a terrible bad experience at this location. I went with my family last night to enjoy a nice ice cream and the two girls seemed they didn’t want to work. Poor customer service , bad attitude, and after the poor communication they said they didn’t have the flavor we wanted. We got a little bit upset to spend our time and we left the place and than one of the girls slammed the window loudly with attitude. 👎🏻

I was very disappointed with my experience at this ice cream shop. The employee who served us was rude, dismissive, and treated members of our group noticeably differently than other customers. The interaction left us feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable.

Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of their background. Customer service should be fair and professional for all guests, and unfortunately that was not our experience. Because of how we were treated, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business to others.

I have been a regular customer at this ice cream shop for quite some time and typically visit at least twice a week with my children. Most of the time, we are served by a young lady or an older gentleman, and our experiences with them have always been pleasant.

Unfortunately, my experience yesterday was completely different. My children ordered ice cream, and I ordered a milkshake. Once I got to my car, I realized the milkshake had an extremely watery consistency and tasted more like plain milk than a milkshake. I returned to the store and politely explained the issue.

Instead of receiving understanding customer service, I was met with what I felt was a dismissive and rude attitude from a group of teenage employees working at the time. When they asked how I would like the issue resolved, I requested a Brownie Blast and even offered to pay any price difference. Despite this, the employees continued to be unhelpful and made the situation unnecessarily difficult.

At that point, I simply requested a refund. One employee appeared ready to process it, but another employee abruptly stated that refunds could no longer be given. The interaction left me feeling disrespected, unwelcome, and singled out. As a Black woman, I walked away feeling that I was treated differently than I should have been.

It’s disappointing because this has been one of our family’s regular spots, and we’ve had many positive experiences in the past. However, based on this experience and the poor customer service we received, I cannot recommend this location unless management addresses how customers are treated when concerns arise.

0/10 horrible attitude, horrible customer service at the most basic job someone could have. Never returning pls get new staff if you want a good business

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Only leaving 1 star because 0 is not an option. Showed up 17 minutes before closing time and the young lady stormed to the window stating that they were only serving vanilla and chocolate. If the “Open” sign is on, you’re open. If I was the owner of this place I would be very embarrassed of the staff I have at this location. Extremely rude and unnecessarily aggressive.

The girls in there was more worried about posting on TikTok and not wanting to go get something cuz they didnt want to be cold then getting my milkshake right. My super edible ice creams was melting quicker than they could finish cuz she was more concerned about making posts mind you i had already paid. They need to do better

I don’t even have words for the bad customer service. The girl had a horrible attitude for no reason. She was clearly upset about having to work late or work on Mother’s Day, but that’s not an excuse. This company needs to hire better people who actually care about customer service.

The front counter was a mess with melted ice cream and sprinkles everywhere, and don’t even get me started on my order — everything was super melted. I couldn’t even get my ice cream in a cone, and then she got upset because I didn’t want it in a cup. Very disappointing experience.

Poor customer service person that was getting the ice cream was swearing loudly very bad experience.

Amazing store, and unreal quality.
When the owner found out where we were from (NZ) he wanted to give tbe ice creams free of charge.
Such a cool guy, highly recommend you taking the time to go there and check out the store for yourself

Great place for a spot of ice cream. Quality ice cream with good prices. Great owner too, offered to throw away our trash and asked us how our experience was. 10/10
