Came in to get something sweet. Mrs. Shelia greeted me immediately as I walked in. The outside seating area was just as good as the inside. The music gave it a nice relaxed vibe. My cookie ended up being free as a birthday gift for being a reward’s member. So yall definitely sign up for that!

Jazz and Ms. Sheila are the reasons I continue to come to this location. Ms. Sheila has such a warm spirit and knows my order down to the T. Jazz is a breath of fresh air in terms of customer service. There was a mix-up with my order the other day and when I came back for correction, she welcomed me with a smile and great care. She is probably one of the sweetest customer service providers I’ve ever met at a food establishment. I hope these two go far in all of their life endeavors-that’s how deep it is! I love the Peach Cobbler Factory. Thankful these two are in leadership!

I could feel myself getting fatter just looking at the menu. There are many options for cobbler variations along with banana pudding, cookies,and brownies. Ill definitely go back some time as the cinnamon peach praline cobbler was amazing. The prices were reasonable and staff very lovely.

Came by after visiting my son at college and I have to say their banana pudding is really good, portion size is good, nice and creamy , definitely recommend , my daughter had a cherry cobbler, my son had a cobbler milkshake and I had the banana pudding, they have all sorts of flavors of pudding, milkshakes, cinnamon rolls and cheese cakes, looking for something sweet, definitely a good spot.

SO SO GOOD. I have been here three times, and everything is so good. I have had the brownie, the OG milkshake, and the coconut cream banana pudding. Could not have asked for it to be better. Every time I went there Sheila was so kind and so helpful when I had questions about the menu. Will definitely go back.

I love peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream . Not cinnamon vanilla ice cream . And the peach cobbler is just way too sweet . The peach cobbler I had as a child was kind of tart and then you had a sweet vanilla ice cream on top of that to equal the the tartness, good stuff! I have no desire to go back here
