Delicious but needs a little tlc in the building
What can I say, thank you Peach Cobbler Factory for making me gain 9lbs, because everytime I go to Qdobo I have to my greedy tail over there to your establishment for dessert lol

I stopped by The Peach Cobbler today and was very disappointed. The girl at the counter did not greet me. My dessert came out to me 30 seconds after I ordered. I was eating it and had to spit it out. I got a very weird taste almost like a chemical or something. I never had a problem before. I am not sure if I will ever be returning.
If you’ve got a sweet tooth, this is exactly where you need to be. The desserts hit every time, the service is on point, and the location is clutch. They’ve got a cozy little spot to dine inside or outside, so you can chill while you treat yourself. Don’t sleep on it!”

Some of the best cobbler I’ve had in a long time! We ordered the Carmel Apple Cobbler to go and it was still hot when we ate the cobbler home.

The smell coming from this place is AMAZING. Ms Sheila INSTANTLY greeted us and was so patient. She gave awesome recommendations and we left 4 different flavors of each.

I tried both the red velvet banana pudding and sweet potatoe cobbler. Both are good and Ms. Shelia came along with great customer service.
