I have been on a quest for a Fantabulous brunch and found it Sunday .. The Rez Grill inside Hard Rock is 10 out of 10 . I had not been there in a while and soooo glad we went .They have a new executive chef who is creating some amazing food . For $55 they have a prix fixe menu that includes a delicious basket of pastries , app,entree and dessert PLUS bottomless champagne and mimosas .FYI if you are icon or black tier status it is half price...read full review

The Rez Grill at Seminole Hard Rock Tampa offers a wonderful dining experience. The wait staff is excellent, with a friendly manager who enhances the experience. The pork chop and filet are highly recommended and couldn't have been better. The ambience is great, especially at the bar with delicious appetizers and drinks. The mushroom soup is a must-try dish. The restaurant is a hidden gem in the casino, perfect for a break from gaming. Their steak tartare is one of the finest, accompanied by a side of Applewood Bacon mac and cheese. The Beef Short Ribs are delicious, and the Crab cakes, Shrimp skewer, and Ceviche are all yummy options. The service is excellent, with attentive staff and a kind bus boy. The 12oz filet comes with the best truffle fries, and the Chicken and Waffles are also delicious. Customers have enjoyed the overall experience, including the chef's personal interaction with them.
