The Rez Grill (in Seminole Hard Rock Tampa)

Would have given 5 stars but music is to loud can’t have a conversation over dinner without yelling, no fun

We dined on 3/13 for dinner. When we arrive there were tons of table available but they proceeded to seat us at the last table in the back by the kitchen. When we asked to move the hostess rolled her eyes and took us back to the front saying to us we go through a server rotation. When we sat the server was pleasant and polite. We ordered chicken and waffles and Garganelli. The pasta was ok. But the chicken was burnt and tasted burnt. When I asked is this how it's supposed to be the server said yes. It was terrible. We were going to a concert so I didn't have time for a remake so we just sucked it up. No manager came by so we just paid and left. We left very disappointed. There are better place at the hard rock stay away from this one.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered the 3-course $55 Sunday brunch, and while the oysters and parfait were enjoyable, the burger was just plain, bad the meat was bland and had an unpleasant, mushy texture. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t nearly worth the price. What made the experience worse was the service. Despite the restaurant not being very busy, our meal took 2.5 hours from the time we were seated to finish, which is very long for a three-course brunch. Our server was unresponsive to simple requests, making us feel like a burden. Overall, it was a frustrating experience between the overpriced food, lackluster service, and long service time. I won’t return and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Easily the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. The atmosphere and price for the food and service couldn’t be a worse. I recommend eating anywhere else.

Great Brunch atmosphere and food was pretty good. Unlimited mimosas were a plus. Definitely going back and taking more friends next time.

Beef Short Ribs delicious!! Top Fav. Crab cakes are yummy, Shrimp skewer, Ceviche and so much more! I was able to try so much on the menu ? Friends Bday dinner and we ordered to try!

First off, the food was so subpar, I don’t even know where to start. The salad for 14 bucks was three wedges of tomatoes and dressing was just tasting like vinegar. The burger had no taste whatsoever, it felt like you are chewing the shoe’s bottom. The fish($40) red snapper arrived undercooked with the smell of silt and tasted disgusting. Need I say more?

I have given this restaurant three separate visits to change my opinion of them but they are honestly the worst. The staff is the rudest group of people who work at the Hard Rock. It’s incredible how different the attitude of this staff is in comparison to the staff of every other restaurant there. It’s disappointing as they are the first choice you see for dining when you arrive and the only place you can go where you don’t walk through smoke.

So this place is the bees knees as far as service and their food! I wasn't a huge fan of the casino guests being able to walk in and out of the restaurant, but that's more a complaint for the building engineer and a complaint for a different day.
We are taking about great food and better service! My friend and I went up for a girl's night, and I gotta say we were not disappointed. I had to run downstairs to player services TWICE, and while I did my friend ordered our appetizer and told our waitress I'd be back in a moment and I wanted to order a drink. Lemme tell y'all when I sat back down, the apps were there and our waitress repeated part of my friend's response about me waiting a drink back to me! That's a memory like a steel trap y'all! She then was so sweet and made sure we never had an empty glass. Also, our bus boy was so kind; bringing us the boxes and bags we needed for our leftovers and just overall a nice person to interact with in a service industry setting. For his overall niceness I tipped him 5$ and I swear y'all this man smiled from ear to ear and thanked us.
Dinner was delish and the food was to due for! My friend had chicken and waffles, while I had the 12oz filet and before you judge me, It. Comes. With. Fries. The best truffle fries you've ever had in your life I might add!
Our staff definitely earned the 65$ tip in total that they were left! Can't wait to go back again.

Excellent service! Wonderful food selections! Quick seating with reservations. We were super excited that the chef came out to ask after our enjoyment of the fare and took a few playful pics with us. Great experience overall.

Today I make a reservertion I don't want high table I specify at my reservation, the girl at front bad service 2 of them, was very bad attitude, 2 host ,when I said I specify they look each other and said they do not have table then I told them to Cancel.... not recommended bad service worst ever. Don't lose time here.
