The service provided after 10 pm is subpar, and waitresses are frequently unavailable. The average wait time with an empty restaurant is 5-10 minutes after we locate a table. Overall, the service after 10 pm is below satisfactory, which indicates poor management.

There is no excuse for how bad the food is here. Love the atmosphere and location for events at Ray Jay, but wow the food is insultingly bad.

THIS IS NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY PLACE. As a mom of boys I wouldn't bring my kids here again. We have been sitting for more than 10 minutes and novody has even said anything.

Great place to relax, have an adult beverage, and enjoy some fantastic scenery.

Our server, Allyson, provided fantastic service. She displayed confident composure dealing with disrespectful customers at another table. Wings were perfect.

Maybe the best time to go is at lunch. Very quiet, and few people. Great menu and bar...good place to watch a game. The waitresses dress to impress, often themed outfits.

Allyson was an amazing servers d went above and beyond with our experience took care of my 11 year old autistic son and really made him feel comfortable eating there.

I came in with a bunch of my family and Allyson. Our server was so amazing hard-working. Make sure our drinks were full. Explained the menu to us very efficient. Excellent server. I’ll definitely come back and ask for her every time.

Alison the waitress had very bad service and a very bad attitude, I thought speaking with the night manager Jessie would help the situation but she just made it worse her attitude was not any better and tried to defend her worker by making excuses for her without really knowing what the issue was or even asking me what was the issue. I did not feel welcomed nor treated with respect. I will make sure to speak with a general manager/ owner and let them know how uncomfortable and unhappy I felt. I had to send my food back and leave the establishment.
