Always pleased with the service and food here. I've been using this restaurant for well over 8 years with very few issues (everyone makes mistakes) Speedy delivery, well before the expected time. They take note of and are cautious of food allergies that my children have. Tokyo is my #1 choice when it comes to local Chinese and I'm glad to have them nearby!

I was referred here for sushi. I really loved the place we were greeted by Barbie she was very sweet as well as our server. The food was amazing and very unique I tried the rainbow roll and the Mexican roll as well 10/10

I asked for yum yum sauce and spicy mayo and they made me pay $1 for each which is kind of expensive for a little sauce cup but to top it off there was literally pieces of PLASTIC in my yum yum sauce. I definitely will not order here again.

Take out order but inside looks dirty and in serious need of updating. Food is mediocre at best. The sushi tasted like it came from a grocery store. Not the typical sushi I get from Ken sushi in Clearwater, which is stellar. Tempura was OK. Spicy chicken was OK but vegetables were way overcooked. Would only go here if desperate.

Tokyo serves up really good chinese food!!! This is probably the first Chinese takeout in Tampa that I've had where the food wasn't loaded with MSG and oil. Overall, the food tasted clean (if that makes sense) and the veggies were fresh. We opted for chicken with broccoli and chicken with garlic sauce. Both dishes were tasty. And the best part is that I didn't feel icky afterwards. I also like that they have Japanese food options. Delivery is available through UberEats. Definitely check it out!

I cannot believe the level of incompetence and disrespect I encountered.I have been a loyal customer for quite some time, but the incident that occurred during my last attempt to place an order was beyond infuriating. I was asked to provide my phone number for the fourth time in the same conversation! What kind of circus are you running over there?I understand the importance of verifying information, but repeating my phone number four times is utterly ridiculous and unnecessary. I felt like I was being interrogated by the FBI, not placing a simple food order. Is this how you treat your customers? By making them jump through hoops just to give you their business?The person on the other end of the line seemed completely oblivious to the fact that I was a paying customer, not a criminal suspect. I provided my information multiple times, and each time it was met with the same request to repeat it again. How can you run a business with such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction?This experience has left me questioning whether I should continue supporting your establishment.
