I recently visited Topgolf Tampa for my birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was far from enjoyable. Due to pouring rain, my group and I arrived five minutes late to our bay reservation. Immediately, we began receiving calls from the staff threatening to give away our bays if we didn't show up immediately, with no mention of a refund or any consideration for the weather conditions.
