Food was excellent. Bit of a wait so recommend calling in at least 30-45 mins in advance for takeout. But the taste was worth it!

Someone drove a beef roti from here all the way to the Space Coast because we don’t have halal Trini food. Might be the worst roti I’ve ever had. Flavorless, just spicy and packed with potato. They wouldn’t even be allowed to open anywhere near NYC, not to mention Brooklyn itself. Apparently they stole the potato from the aloo pie to put in my roti because it was so thin, that it was translucent. At least that one tasted good though. Wholly disappointed and confused by the high rating.

I had the Roti with veg and it was really good. I definitely will order again. I also had doubles and phoulourie which was also good but the roti with veg definitely topped everything. In addition, I also liked the sorrel. It wasn’t too sweet like some I’ve had in the past at other restaurants.

Delicious Authentic Trini cuisine 😍. We got the beef and goat wrapped dhal puri roti. Doubles and Aloo Pie. Everything was fresh & flavorful and halal!

Driving back from the beach, we stopped for a bit of a bite. This place did not disappoint. It was hot and delicious and we took food to go. When in the Tampa area, this is a must stop.

I absolutely love this place, from the people to the generous hospitality, and really fast and attentive service. And most importantly the flavorful food! I don’t usually get cravings but if I go too long without eating a double I will start to crave for one and then I have to go visit my friends at Trini Spice! 10/10 flavor I been following them since there previous location on MLK & Orient! Great prices $$ as well!

Delicious. everything was well flavored and balanced. I got the roti with curry goat and the rice with curry shrimp and it was all good. the doubles were great too.

Delicious trini food. They also offer other trini snacks, cooking powders and souvenirs. The atmosphere is welcoming, love the trini slangs on the wall and music. The food just takes wayyy to long to be prepared. The temperature inside the store was not appropriate. It was very hot inside the building. I recommend either calling ahead which i tried to do but no one answered and taking your order to go.

By far one of the best Trini restaurants. I lived and studied in Trinidad and Tobago, so I know the authenticity when it comes to real Trini food. Nick and Trish will deliver outstanding friendly customer service and quality food. This roti shop is clean and well kept so I am sure you will enjoy the experience, thank you Nick and Trish

I visited here this past Sunday and my experience was phenomenal! I had been craving roti after not having it for a while and this exceeded my expectations. The shop itself puts you in the space of wanting to unwind. From the soca music, to the warm inviting smiles, to the decorations on the walls, this place feels like home. Please check this place out if you’re in the Tampa area and give them all of your love and support. Shoutout to Nick’s hospitality!
