Both ear plugs was in her ears. She has horrible customer service I was standing there over 8 minutes and she didn’t greet or acknowledge me I had to ask the guy to take my order! Last time I’m coming to this location!

The cashiers need to pay attention & maybe take the AirPods out of their ears. I love Tropical Smoothie but I have to constantly repeat myself every time. Today was the THIRD time they gave me COCONUT CHIPS, instead of cacao nibs! The first two times I corrected it because I checked before leaving but this time I was rushing, & realized when I got all the way home, & now they’re closed. I HATE coconut. I spent $30 today, & I’m highly disappointed & fed up with the continuous mistake. It’s literally all throughout my bowl so I can even pick it out. Just going to throw it away. The energy from the employees is always gloomy. Feels like a funeral every time I walk in. Like they hate being there. I mean I get it but at least welcome me if I’m spending my hard earned money. I NEVER do this review stuff but I’m PISSED!

Look, I'm a huge believer that the service and atmosphere can make or break a restaurant. Greet me as I walk into the door. Literally 5-6 people came in while we were here and not a single greeting. No one spoke. Speak loud enough and enunciate your words while taking orders. Know food safety. Know your menu. Take the earbuds out of your ear. Smile and create a good vibe or place to be. Seriously if you are management, actually no, management is probably one of the kids. So if you are the owner of this location secret shop this location over the course of 2 weeks and you'll see exactly what paying customers see.
My only compliments are that the smoothie came out decent and that the staff brought it to me instead of having me pick it up from the counter like most tropical smoothies. However my wrap was placed on the counter and no name was called. No thank you, come back soon, no have a great day nothing.
So I won't come back.

I go to this location at least once a week! The staff specifically the gentleman is very kind and pleasant. He helped me with a technical issue that resulted in my order not processing correctly. He took care of it swiftly with no questions

I ordered a flatbread chipotle chicken club, but it came without chipotle sauce, bacon, and had very little chicken. When I asked for the chipotle sauce and mentioned the missing bacon, I just got a look of surprise, but no apology or offer to replace the sandwich or provide a discount. Just a look and no resolution.

Not thrilled with my recent experiences at this location. This location has higher costs than others around town and offers curbside pickup, yet no one ever answers the phone to complete it.
During this last trip, I picked up my order inside the restaurant and wasn't greeted, wasn't acknowledged, and wasn't thanked. They also didn't include straws in my order and I purchased two smoothies plus food. I like the food and smoothies well enough but with prices going up and sub-par customer service, I doubt I'll be back anytime soon.
I ordered a wrap and literally didn’t have anything on it, i just waste 10 dolar for a white wrap !

Food is just okay. If you want something quick that’s not a burger but their smoothies are really good. I always get the Paradise Point. Customer service is a hit or miss. Not really a warm feeling, just get your smoothie and keep it moving.

Instead of the guy taking my order asking for my name he put “ew” and honestly I feel like that’s rude as hell, he could’ve put anything else and I also ordered a super green wrap, they put the wrong cheese and it was missing like half the ingredients
