“I like this place. Honestly, I find the Phó restaurants a bit better out in the Pacific NW area, but Simply Phó has been consistent both with food and great friendly service. I really enjoyed the Roasted Quail appetizer I ordered at my last visit.“

“We love to order here, the food always comes piping hot and fresh with care to include any extras. Tonight someone caught a mix up with an order and corrected it yet still sent the extra food which was amazing. It was a great surprise to my husband who liked the other way it was made. “The fresh rolls are so delicious and the peanut sauce is amazing, they are made as soon as you order them so the rice paper is the perfect consistency. The order comes in a cute little to go box and a biodegradable plastic bag. It was probably only a five minute wait to have the food made. Definitely will get these again.“

“My mother and I have a tradition of getting different kinds of Banh Mi together, and she was so excited to bring me here after seeing it on the news. We were both very impressed by our experience!
As a starter we had the Grilled Jackfruit Fresh Roll - which had a nice moist rice paper that was easy to chew without breaking off large pieces. Crazy good jackfruit with a smoke to it. The mint mixed with the bright notes of the cucumbers added such a nice kick to the other vegetables as well.
We both had the Kick’n Chicken Banh Mi with spicy mayo - amazing flavor, a fine crispy bread and it was full of jalapeños with some heat (which we love). They were served in bamboo steamers, adding a nice visual flair to our meal.
Given the quality of the food, it was understandable that it took a little bit of time for the food to arrive. If you do go here, make sure that you and your party aren’t in a rush. The staff are all very kind.
It is also a counter service restaurant, not table service. The restaurant is pretty small, and to be honest we were the only other people there so I’m not sure what it would be like busy. However, it was 6pm on a Sunday.
What makes Bamboozle is unique in Channelside/Downtown is that you can bring someone who isn’t familiar with Vietnamese food here and substitute for more American style meats, where some Vietnamese choices don’t have this distinction.“

“Super cool tea shop! Our family visited Kaleisia while we were in town. Definitely not your average boba tea shop! The staff were great and curated delicious drinks. My nephew loved their Mango Matcha Latte. We’ll be back to try their menu items in the future!!“

“Terrific place all the way. We love the combo sandwiches. Staff is very helpful and take their time explaining their different cuisine. I also love all their drinks and desserts. The atmosphere, whether you are waiting for a pick up or a take out order, is surprisingly elegant and well placed to sit comfortablly and use your mobile or look at their unique menu and items for sale.“
