It has been years since I had been in a Waffle House. I have always enjoyed them and was looking forward to the visit. It was disappointing for me. Multiple errors to the order including my 50¢ surcharged eggs not being cooked how I ordered. The jalapeños that I ordered in my hash browns were in my wife’s (who medically can’t eat anything spicy). I’m hoping that this was a one time experience because I genuinely look forward to eating at Waffle Houses when I can

Food was good. Waitress great. But while we were waiting for our change from our Waitress the ass. Manager came up and said I see you are talking but you cant be in here after 1130. Um no we were waiting for our change. Never in my life have i been treated so bad. Im not dure if it was because my husband is a biker but how rude.

Never in my life have I been treated so poorly I come in every so often when I’m walking my dog in the mornings and grab a waffle well the lady with a fake eyelashes that looks so tacky and one of the cooks one morning decided that they weren’t gonna serve me waffles even after I ordered them Wait outside to pick them up and when I came back to pick them up, they said I couldn’t have my dog in here and I said well that’s never been a problem before why is it now and then she decided to snatch those waffles right back on up and tell me I couldn’t have them Because I wouldn’t leave my dog outside while I paid never in my life as anyone treating me or my dog so poorly considering she’s a service animal and we were just paying for them and leaving it’s not like we were in their dining. They have served me many of times this way, but I think it was a personal vendetta with the lady with a fake eyelashes and didn’t like me. We have gotten our waffles mini walks with no problem. I don’t recommend going there. The service from most of the people that worked there is crap. I’ve worked in a waffle house and I know that service is a number one rule because it’s not the food cause the quality of food sucks and they know it. It’s a people come in there to see the people that work there when I worked at a different Waffle House I made tons of money because I gave them good service. This has been the worst waffle house I’ve ever been to in my 45 years of living of any restaurant I do not again recommend this restaurant.

Cook doesn't change gloves after dropping meat Got upset when asked to change gloves...
Tobias the manager told me they don't have to swap gloves after dropping bacon... I used to love the waffle house but food safety and handling at any location has always been a joke I'm done with the waffle house never eating at any location again sucks they used to be my favorite

Worse waffle house ever went to. My server had attitude from the word go. And started an argument with myself and the manager. Who needs more training on how to deescalate situations that arise in the store. Because he was just as bad as she was. Food wasn't that bad but the lack of proper customer service made the experience NOT enjoyable at all. Especially being across the street from the casino. One would think that customer service would be spot on. We'll Not so much.

Went here to enjoy some meal. From the time we walked in the staff was un attentive and one the managers continued to talk with a customer instead of cleaning off the counter for other customers. This is a case of piss poor management
