Just walking in this store u feel anxiety! Employees r horrible besides like one and you can tell he is a good guy at heart! Other than that most of the Employees r just mean and the look so miserable. They r definitely not approachable.

I was in another Walmart and the employee from electronic sold me the incorrect Game for my son Xbox instead the right one I have the receipt and it only one day of purchase and I ask for the Manager and someone send a Team leader said that for the policy we can't make that exchange and told then that I do not want the money I they really don't care if is Christmas that was the only $ 60.00 lost on a game for my son I can provide anything else on this Christmas to him. Worse customer service satisfaction ever, Thanks to Walmart.

The No. 8 salesman has a bad attitude. There is racial discrimination against us Asians. I will buy 6 rows of chicken wings. Not letting me count the money, and told the Ken people that I would come in and buy every day. Don't buy him.

As my friend and I were leaving (18 and 19 at the time) the employee reading our receipts read out ALOUD: "feathers, lube, oh my, vibrators..." and made other sexual comments. We had in fact only purchased pizza rolls and other snacks. Basically, COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET SEXUALLY HARASSED BY THE STAFF!!! At the time we were too scared and uncomfortable to say anything and we just laughed awkwardly and left, but I definitely regret not making a huge deal out of it and getting him fired because that was unacceptable, blatant harassment, not to mention we were easily half his age.

I made an order to be delivered to my house. Most of it is being delivered as requested,however I had to drive to this store on E. FLETCHER (not my nearest Walmart. To pick up a small container of racks. They said it was ready for me yesterday at 6:43 pm. I drove over here today at 4pm to pick it up. I have called 4 times to let them know I'm here it rings till it disconnects. I tried customer service (what a laugh no one answers. It's hung up on me 3 times. I can't go inside as I'm over 70 have had a stroke and not steady on my feet.My daughter's been shopping for me since last March. This worker was having her break near my car and she told me that I would have to park and go inside to pickup my pushpins. So I did go inside and went to customer service who had me go to a wall ph and I input my code . Someone came out a few minutes later ran a machine over the barcode on my phone. He came out with pushpins. It took me an hour as nd as half to get the pins I'd ordered. Very upset about the whole thing. Within a week I'll get the other things I ordered and paid for. I had to travel over 5 miles more than my Walmart which has pickup from my car. Horrible experience. Not ever going back to that store.

If you live in the area you know this Walmart as "sketchy fletch" Walmart. If you are a woman and it's night, pick another Walmart. It's simply unsafe. If the homeless people don't catch you on the way out, someone selling their mixtape will. The staff simply don't care. I've seen staff on their phones on duty before.

Y'all females that work at Walmart rude asf y'all need to hire females that want to work , Shordy talking bout sum " English Spanish " acting like she couldn't even greet anybody horrible customer service her name was " Viviana Diaz " at the electronic section she wear black glasses I think .. she couldn't even say have a Good day either talking about some you finna pay for it .

Employees are unbelievably disrespectful here. I was shopping when an employee rudely said "move" so he could restock water bottles. I asked if I could grab one first, he gestured rudely and said "no." Another employee asked if i needed help getting an item that was too high on the shelf and not stocked on the middle and bottom, I said yes, he touched it and then just walked away... That was just odd. I asked another employee if they knew where I could find AAA batteries, he gave me a rude look and said "I don't know." This Walmart is so close to USF and convenient to go to, but it's not worth it. The employees were probably going through a tough time, but that doesn't excuse the disrespect.

I pacifically called this Walmart and ask them do they have actual plants drove all the way there and they do not have a garden center that has plants they have lawn care tools and things of that nature but they do not sell plants
This Walmart is interesting... I had two issues today: (1) I was told that I cannot pick up money from MoneyGram at this location anymore, which is super inconvenient and I had been doing that for the past 2 years. (2) The tax-exempt number I have for my organization was not working either and the cashier just look at me and said: "Well, you will have to call this number." Thank goodness the manager was close and was able to fix the issue. The store recently upgraded their signage and isles. It is a little better and the people at the register seem more pleasant. But the parking lot is still dirty/messy and the store is not always clean. I try to avoid it as much as possible but it is the one closer to work, so I often go there.

They are trying to improve this Walmart but it is clearly not working. For example, just today I tried to use the restrooms and left my cart just outside. About seven teenagers, boys and girls both, ran into the handicapped stall altogether yelling. When I came out I found all the items from my cart now thrown on the bathroom floor and stomped on. I alerted a staff member but nothing was done, left and won't return.

This Walmart is awful. It's unorganized, it seems that things move between visits. The place is also pretty unsanitary. It seems as though the floors have a permanent grime on them. It's clear that this place also has a theft issue, because the number of cameras descending from the ceilings are like something out of a Foucaultian nightmare. I avoid this Walmart at all costs, and am happy to drive 15 minutes to a better Walmart.
