I've been to the store several times doing Uber eats and have picked up orders in drive-thru and never had a problem until today not only was the manager rude and obnoxious and she yelled at me the guy in drive-thru threatened to slap me if I don't get out of the store evidently I called the police but it seems like they called the police on me and have me trash path I was just trying to do my job and deliver food nothing else like I said before I've been to the store several...read full review
Ever since this new Wendy's opened up near my office, it's been my go-to for a while now. But today I decided I'm not giving them anymore of my time or money. They take my order and park me to wait on my food and I sit there for 45 MINUTES! Their lobby is locked due to covid-19 so we go knock on the door and the manager tells us we have to wait until she gets off the phone with a technician before we can get our food. Via drive thru this morning on my way to work. Ordered a #2 sausage egg and cheese croissant and orange juice.
When i made it to work to eat my breakfast I noticed the bun missing & cheese stuck to the wrapper. I called the establishment 3 times and received voicemail and left messages to return call.
