Ordered Uber Eats and the driver forgot to pickup one of our sandwiches and left it at the Which Wich restaurant. Uber Eats would not go back and get it for us… but one of the employees at Which Wich literally drove their own car and brought us the sandwich that the Uber Eats driver forgot since we couldn’t leave the office. Talk about going above and beyond!! That is how customer service is done, and we couldn’t be more appreciative. Thank you, Which Wich. We will be recommending you to others in our office and ordering from you again.

I love the concept of this place! You grab a piece of paper depending on the sandwich you’re getting, mark everything you want in it, then pay and wait for your sandwich to arrive. It removes the hassle of having to explain every topping to the cashier.I like the color scheme of the black and yellow, and the service there is good. They make sure everyone’s comfortable inside. The sandwiches themselves are great. I really enjoyed my Philly Cheesteak with American cheese. However, They had a specialty flavor of Mountain Dew and it was out of stock, my only major complaint. Otherwise, this is a great place to eat!
