Best chopped cheese in the state. Some of the best brisket I have ever had as well. You can really taste the love and passion that goes into their food. Can not recommend enough.

Passion project for this lovely couple…and it shows in the delicious food and outstanding service! Caprese sandwich on sourdough is perfection, mac and cheese is yummy and do not pass on the 24-hr melt-in-your-mouth Texas brisket when available! We will most definitely eat here again. ❤️

Wow! Incredible food truck. Everything was delicious and melt in your mouth croissants! We tried a variety of items. Nothing disappointed. Highly recommend the Nutella croissant! Coffee was delicious too. Would definitely recommend!

Anytime I’m in the area I try to stop by. The food is amazing and they frequently have new items on the menu. I haven’t found an item on their menu I didn’t love. There are very few places today with the same level of service and quality ingredients as Williamsburg.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Williamsburg Cucina! This is hands down the best food truck I have ever been to, and I’ve proudly been a loyal customer for years. It’s hard to believe the level of quality and flavor that comes out of this adorable vintage, New York deli-style Italian food truck.

The Hampton Hoagie is my personal favorite, with the Caprese Sandwich coming in a close second. It’s always fresh and packed with bold, authentic flavors. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients, as most of it is handmade. Nothing is rushed, nothing is average, and it’s all crafted with care.

What makes Williamsburg Cucina even more special is the passionate owner couple behind it. Their love for Italian food and genuine care for their customers radiate through everything they do. You don’t just get incredible food, you get heart, warmth, and hospitality. I’ve followed them around Tampa Bay for years, catching them at different fun bars and events, and it’s always a highlight.

They also do catering, and I can’t forget to mention the strong, rich Italian coffee, which is the perfect finishing touch after a great meal.

If you’re looking for authentic New York-style Italian flavors, the freshest ingredients, and people who truly care about their craft, Williamsburg Cucina is it. Absolute five stars. Every single time. ❤️🇮🇹

Love the food at this cute little truck. I would highly recommend using them for any event. I tried them at a horse show at ke aloha equestrian center. Been here two years in a row and always look forward to the selection.

They may be an Italian food truck but they were at swantoberfest in Lakeland and they blew my socks off. The Oktoberfest dog was spectacular (I ate two 😬)
