Swan Brewery had an amazing event last night with Williamsburg Cucina as their only food vendor. What an absolute refreshing choice of food that is against the “normal” food truck! Their Soprano sandwich was by far the best hoagie I’ve ever had! You can tell it’s truly NY authentic! The staff were 10/10 on communication, pricing, and wait times! I will recommend them until the cows come home with pastrami ??

Please let the southerns handle the brisket making. You do know the point of cooking low and slow is to render the fat right? Took 20 minutes to plop two things in a takeout container, with 1 order ahead of mine. Stick to the Italian inspired meals.

Let's just say that Sophia and Niky are the best out there! They catered my 10 Year Anniversary party and their communication, professionalism and quality was above and beyond anything I could have imagined. My guests were raving about how delicious the food was from the grazing table to the main dishes, dessert and coffee bar....everything was first class! If you really want your event to be special, make sure you hire them!

We’ve had Williamsburg Cucina multiple times and the food is always tasty with fresh ingredients!I would recommend trying the chopped cheese sandwich or the ham and cheese croissant!

If I could give it a 10 I would! Best bacon and grill cheese I ever had in my 59 years! My husband had a soprano !!! Best food ever! 1st visit at two sheperadsin Tampa!!

Stumbled across this food truck in Lakeland today. Food and service were fantastic! Ordered the Caprese open faced sandwich and the Charcuterie...pleasantly surprised by the quantity and high quality of the food. Hope to see you in Lakeland again soon!

Williamsburg catering is amazing. They supplied all the food for 80 people at our brunch. The food was set up beautifully and taste was excellent. Everyone raved about the meal and the options provided. Would truly recommend their catering!!!!

One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had, hands down. Flavor was off the wall and I made the smart move of trusting them and ordering another to-go for tomorrow. The olives hit that salty sweet spot I needed with the beer my husband paired for me and the lavender lemonade surprised not only by being SO tasty, but edible glitter, too??? What a treat!

Sophia the owner, is the kindest person ever. Her and her husband should take pride in the work they do and the food they cook. I am a big fan of the Italian Dog and the Truffle Mac and Cheese! I ate the food too fast for a picture but the Italian dog was practically the size of mine in her hotdog outfit! They import their ingredients from New York which just adds to the quality of the Italian cuisine. Always ask for their specials because you never know what they have cooking in the back! I highly recommend this place for if you are seeking a great Italian inspired meal, a nice cup of coffee, or even just some pleasant company :)

We tried the mac&cheese, texas brisket melt and the sausage Sammy and it was delicious! I also tried their pumpkin spice latte and it came with a flavor pumpkin whipped cream that was just delicious! They were also really nice while making the order. A must every time we bring our puppy to two shepherds.

Wow, as someone born and raised in NY, it’s so nice to have a local spot with quality food. The owners are super sweet and genuine. I can’t say enough great things!

I absolutely love this food, and if you’re a coffee person then try the lavender latte (iced is how I go with oat milk) and their seasonal brews are so good 😊 I’m a sucker for the grilled cheese and I’ve been known to gorge on their bacon 🥓 you won’t be disappointed
