Lack of professionalism. There are three of us drivers gathered outside the restaurant and no employee is giving us orders because they say they are closed when it's only 1 am and they close at 3 am and they laugh in our faces as if they don't care and tell us to cancel.

Food is always good. But service sucks. Tried ordering through door dash and had my order messed up twice. Tried ordering through the website for delivery and when I wanted to add more wings and fries I had to call the store. Called the store and they said they didn't see my order. Said my confirmation number meant nothing. So I went to the store, cashier didn't find my order but someone else did from the back. Because I had to come in person I just placed a 2nd order to go. No refund for delivery or tip I prepaid for. Avoid this store unless you're walking in ordering and waiting for it. If you're ordering delivery just order from a different location.

Service is absolutely poor . I’ve been here maybe 4 times in 4 months and my order has been wrong every time . I just ordered there today , wings were missing the I went back they gave me boneless wings instead of bone in . This location needs all new employees.

Ran by someone who doesn’t understand buisness extremely rude general manager doesn’t have any common sense she was one of the nastiest attitude managers I’ve ever spoke with says there used to be a sign but it’s not there but I’m supposed to know it used to be a sign and said ā€œI don’t care if you leave I don’t own thisā€ I’m sure the owner does

TRUST THE REVIEWS THEY SUCK!!
Just moved into the area and this is my second time coming. I do not order ahead and Both times order has been wrong asked for well done not what I received. Fries seem stale as if they were reheated and I don't know if he's the manager but that's who the employees were trying to get help from and he's just as rude to the customers as he is his employees. And the vulgar music blasting isn't helping them with customer service or the attitude in that place won't be back. Something has to change I know we are in the hood but this can not be acceptable standard for our people this has to be the worst two Wingstop experiences I have received anywhere.

I ordered at 9:14 pm it was 9:52pm they hadn’t hand me my order I asked and they had it sitting there. I open the bag and see that they didn’t put my side of veggies in there , I asked for it I had to wait another 5min to receive it. I finally left when I make it home that I open my box of wings I realized they only put 11wings in there when I paid for 16!!!! Never going back! Worse experience I’ve had at Wingstop!

This location has never really been good and if there was any other competition in the area, they would be been shut down already. That being said tonight was the worst experience I’ve ever had there. There was no ice in the ice machine, that’s pretty normal. I usually just get ice at my house so it’s not a big deal, but I did want a Coke tonight. Both regular Coke and Coke zero were out. The 10 piece bone in wing that I ordered, well actually there was only nine, but that’s another story. The were so burnt they were not edible. I was also thrown a surprise container in my bag, which were some type of fries that seemed like they were cooked an hour ago. They were soggy and not warm at all, not sure if that was them trying to be nice, but it didn’t work. The fries that I actually ordered were hot and tasty. After getting home from a long day of work and changing your clothes and sitting down to eat, and this is what you get/paid for, it’s very disheartening, there was no way I was putting clothes back on and heading up there and postponing things another 40 minutes to an hour. Hence this review.

I recently ordered from the Hillsborough location and was disappointed with both the order and the customer service experience. My order was missing an item (a fry), which was frustrating in itself. However, the bigger issue was how difficult it was to resolve the problem.

When I tried to contact the restaurant, it was nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone. When I finally did, the individual on the phone was unhelpful and dismissive. They refused to let me speak to a manager and didn’t even bother to take down my information to address the issue. I was left feeling like my concern didn’t matter to them at all. They simply stated that they packed that order themselves and the "fries were in there"... the Voodoo fries were, the other batch wasn't.

Mistakes happen, and I understand that, but how a business handles those mistakes says a lot about their commitment to their customers. Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning whether I’d want to order from here again. I hope the management takes steps to improve their customer service, as this could have been resolved so much more easily with just a little effort and courtesy.
