TRUST THE REVIEWS THEY SUCK!! Just moved into the area and this is my second time coming. I do not order ahead and Both times order has been wrong asked for well done not what I received. Fries seem stale as if they were reheated and I don't know if he's the manager but that's who the employees were trying to get help from and he's just as rude to the customers as he is his employees. And the vulgar music blasting isn't helping them with customer service or the attitude in that place won't be back. Something has to change I know we are in the hood but this can not be acceptable standard for our people this has to be the worst two Wingstop experiences I have received anywhere.

Got food delivered and it was quite good and plentiful. Mango Habonero wings, spicy and delicious!
I ordered at 9:14 pm it was 9:52pm they hadn’t hand me my order I asked and they had it sitting there. I open the bag and see that they didn’t put my side of veggies in there , I asked for it I had to wait another 5min to receive it. I finally left when I make it home that I open my box of wings I realized they only put 11wings in there when I paid for 16!!!! Never going back! Worse experience I’ve had at Wingstop!

This location has never really been good and if there was any other competition in the area, they would be been shut down already. That being said tonight was the worst experience I’ve ever had there. There was no ice in the ice machine, that’s pretty normal. I usually just get ice at my house so it’s not a big deal, but I did want a Coke tonight. Both regular Coke and Coke zero were out. The 10 piece bone in wing that I ordered, well actually there was only nine, but that’s another story. The were so burnt they were not edible. I was also thrown a surprise container in my bag, which were some type of fries that seemed like they were cooked an hour ago. They were soggy and not warm at all, not sure if that was them trying to be nice, but it didn’t work. The fries that I actually ordered were hot and tasty. After getting home from a long day of work and changing your clothes and sitting down to eat, and this is what you get/paid for, it’s very disheartening, there was no way I was putting clothes back on and heading up there and postponing things another 40 minutes to an hour. Hence this review.

I recently ordered from the Hillsborough location and was disappointed with both the order and the customer service experience. My order was missing an item (a fry), which was frustrating in itself. However, the bigger issue was how difficult it was to resolve the problem.
When I tried to contact the restaurant, it was nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone. When I finally did, the individual on the phone was unhelpful and dismissive. They refused to let me speak to a manager and didn’t even bother to take down my information to address the issue. I was left feeling like my concern didn’t matter to them at all. They simply stated that they packed that order themselves and the "fries were in there"... the Voodoo fries were, the other batch wasn't.
Mistakes happen, and I understand that, but how a business handles those mistakes says a lot about their commitment to their customers. Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning whether I’d want to order from here again. I hope the management takes steps to improve their customer service, as this could have been resolved so much more easily with just a little effort and courtesy.

I recently ordered my granddaughter a 10 piece cooked well and Cajun and Parmesan seasoning. The chicken was horrible and the corn was not fried. When I asked the manager, last name Atkins/Aikens, regarding the food he was rude and said oh yeah it cooked for 15 minutes and it’s a little soft. I will never support this establishment again. The chicken was supposed to be Garlic Parmesan and well done.
Super bad service, the workers do not serve you well and they make fun and laugh at people, very bad experience in this place for God's sake

This location is so unorganized and slow. I placed an online order and received confirmation that my order would be ready in 15 to 21 minutes. We arrived just exactly at 21 minutes. I sent my son inside to get the food for me. My son waited an additional15 minutes. Meanwhile other customers are going in and out like clockwork. I then came in and still waited another 10 minutes and the food still was not done. I ended up leaving. This location is AWFUL.
I was shamelessly robbed by this place... I arrived, I placed an order, they offered me the glasses for my soft drinks, so far everything was fine, many people arrived, they all picked up and left and we looked stupid and I had to return to work 20 minutes later I asked to cancel and the guy said that it would arrive on the card, as it took two days later I went to the place and he assured me that it would arrive on my card, which never happened (in the photos exactly what he said, we spoke through a translator)... This receipt was the only proof of the cancellation because they did not even give me a receipt for the purchase nor did they intend to do so when I canceled the order... I do not recommend it.
