“I tried Woody’s for the first time this week while home sick with a nasty cold. Their chicken lemon soup & Festivale sandwich kept me going, so much so that I came back for another round today. The food was prepared quickly & set out for pickup so I didn’t have to touch anything or anyone when coming in masked up. The food was delicious & I finally downloaded the app so I can keep coming back again & again. This may be my new favorite sandwich shop! I’ll definitely be coming to eat in person when I’m back to good health. Thanks Woody’s!“

Everything is fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly — you can really tell they care about quality and consistency. They’re happy to answer questions and make sure your order is exactly right, which makes the experience even better. The restaurant itself is spotless and well-maintained, which always matters to me. “I had an excellent customer service experience today with the Tampa location. Door Dash picked up the wrong order, so I called and Mike (the owner) was able to get them to come back and deliver the correct one. Personally called me and also gave me loyalty credits to make up for the wait. I order from this location all the time, because my office is close by. Highly recommended and really appreciated that Mike went above and beyond expectation!“

“We had a party of 10 for last Suynday evening. We arrived around 5:15pm, and didn't finish until 7:45pm. Our waiter, Illlias, was more than fantastic. He made the entire dinner special with giving each person his attention, from taking orders, to delivering appetizers, to pouring wine. It was a HUGE, DELIGHTFUL dinner. Thank you!!! We had 5 appetizers. The appetizer sampler was great. The stuffed mushrooms were my favorite.“
