It’s not even 11 pm. They close the drive thru at 11 pm. We arrived ag 10:35 nobody answered the speaker, we called the place told them we’re in a physical vehicle. And the manager said if we’re not in a physical vehicle we can’t order. Well duh. We’re in our freaking car and I called ahead 20 minutes ago to make sure they were open and drove across town for no damn reason. They’re just there hanging out in the lobby. Don’t even want to work. Horrible.
Food is great. Only had to wait a few times for my food usually comes right out the window after I pay

Very very stingy with the sauses, you could ask for one with your meal then they forget and when u ask for it they charge you and make a big fuss(I go often and happends mostly every time) other than that everything else is great

We visited the zacksbys on West Hillsborough by Target and could not have been happier. The staff was friendly and Zachary had the place looking amazing. I was compelled to leave this review after seeing how he wiped down the drink machine. I’ve never seen anyone, anywhere do that before! The bathrooms were spotless and the atmosphere was great. Zachary even held the door for us as we were leaving! Thank you for such great service.

My wife and I were looking for a quick bite, and Zaxby’s helped cure the craving. Food was delicious and aesthetically pleasing, (matched the menu pictures) the restaurant was very clean and the staff was super friendly. We will definitely be back!

Usually have a decent experience with this Zaxbys, but kind of annoyed tonight. There is nobody in line. I ordered my food and then I got to the window and paid for it, waited, and then she asked me to pull in front of the window in a parking space And wait for her to wave to me to go back through the drive-through to get my order which was a small order by the way. As soon as I parked she waved at me to come get it so why was I even asked to park to begin with? I then had to drive all the way back through the drive-through and then wait behind another person who got in line before me Just to get my order. Don’t know if they were just being lazy and they don’t wanna bring it out or what. pretty frustrating. A bunch of excessive driving, reversing, parking for no reason. They were off it tonight.

This location is the cleanest restaurant in Tampa, and the food is consistently good. Kudos to Zachary, who makes sure the dining area is perfect and often offers to take the trays for you. Outstanding service and experience.

I eat at this location 2- 3 times a week since they opened. Had a few problems here and there but never to this extent.I am a former general manager of a restaurant. I would not be writing this if it was just one incident. I went in for the last time today. The kid at the counter acknowledged me. Asked if I had a pickup order. I said no I was eating there. He then told me he'll be right with me. He stood at food counter moving a sticker five times on the metal ledge between kitchen and expo area. Then moved 2 to go boxes back and forth to two different spots on counter. No other oders or tickets. I waited 5 minutes and was still waiting for someone to take my order. 2 orders came in on the Drive thru and I was still waiting to place mine. The kid was listening to DT orders and commenting after each thing the man ordered. There was another employee in the drive thru. Why The kid couldn't take my order, fathoms me. The last visit before this I was shorted a tender. Sauces that I paid extra for were incorrect. Half the time they forget my extra toast. By the time we get home a notice, in not driving back for toast or sauce. Problems are becoming more frequent. It's becoming a problem just to eat at this location and get what you ordered. $25. to $30. a meal, Not worth the trouble .I always order extra toast and no coleslaw and extra sauces. 50/50 chance the order is right. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I can not pay these prices for half of what I order and crappy service. This use to be my favorite place. I would brag about the food and service. Honestly I felt it was the best Zaxby's in Tampa. Now, never again. I have deleted the app and will not be returning. Sucks because I love the food, but not worth the frustrations. I hope you get your act together or I won't be the only one leaving.
