Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Ms. Shawn is such a rarity for today's world. That young lady always has a smile and knows her stuff! My most recent visit a fella named Irving waited on me and was super nice. A man named Zachary was taking care of the dining room and it was spotless! As we went to leave he even went over and held the door for us. The staff at this location goes above and beyond and they do it with smiles on their faces and I appreciate that.

15 mins on the drive thru line. And there’s no way to exit out of the line. You’re forced to deal with the super slow service. Maybe if they got off the phone and focused at work

I ordered 20 chicken stripe and of course we find hair in the tenders. Its inside the breading. Needless to say nobody continued to eat the food. Very disappointed and also concerning

Unfortunately bad experiance with blue zalad. Chicken did not taste like grilled chicken, rather rubber! Chewed a piece, didnt eat it, thought maybe just a bad piece, no they were all like that! Salad was sparse, maybe half of what a normal Zaxbys salad would be. Just bad, bad bad serving. Not impressed for an $11 dollar salad.

If you order anything over a ten piece, it takes FOREVER! Also, $40 for fast food 20 piece box. No thank you.

October 7, 2025 Ordered my free Taco 🌮 from the app for National Taco Day, with a $1 purchase, I bought 4 .25 cent sauces all which are yummy!😋

9/12/25 stopped by to get my free Chicken 🍗 taco 🌮 from the Zaxbys App, got the avocado 🥑 BLT 🥪 and it was great! Everyone there was wonderful and kind!

6/15/25 got our free 5 strips for signing up on the app and got meal that comes with 3 strips, fries, toast, lemonade! Flavor is great! Sauce is great too!

9/19/25 used my free taco rewards in the app and got a buffalo bleu chicken taco! 🌮

Every fast food restaurant should model how this location is ran and operated. Service is excellent. Food is delicious. Zachary keeps the dining area clean at all times. My favorite place to get lunch!

Ordered here prolly 5 times (only because the family wants it). Every single time my order is wrong or missing an entire item. Last order was a sandwich meal and i kid you not… they forgot the sandwich. This crew is quite the group of engineers.

A lot of fat on the chicken that needs to be trimmed off. Better off making yourself at home to ensure better ingredients.

I dont know what happened to this Zaxby's, but its gone way downhill these passed couple months. For instance, the sandwich i just got has stale (solid as a rock) bread, almost no sauce, and the chicken patty is burnt. The packaging for the sandwich is covered in sauce (more than my sandwich has!)

It’s not even 11 pm. They close the drive thru at 11 pm. We arrived ag 10:35 nobody answered the speaker, we called the place told them we’re in a physical vehicle. And the manager said if we’re not in a physical vehicle we can’t order. Well duh. We’re in our freaking car and I called ahead 20 minutes ago to make sure they were open and drove across town for no damn reason. They’re just there hanging out in the lobby. Don’t even want to work. Horrible.

Food is great. Only had to wait a few times for my food usually comes right out the window after I pay

Very very stingy with the sauses, you could ask for one with your meal then they forget and when u ask for it they charge you and make a big fuss(I go often and happends mostly every time) other than that everything else is great
