My husband and I dined at hotcakes today for the first time. We were greeted by Dusty who is one of the owners. My husband had the breakfast special and I had the “222". We were very happy with our two meals. Our server Bonnie was great! We will definitely be returning.
Beautiful little diner in Tarpon Springs. I had the special, meatloaf and eggs, and it was excellent. Meatloaf was delicious and topped with tasty sausage gravy. The grits were done perfectly and very creamy. The biscuit was fantastic. Grilled as a bonus. Our party also enjoyed a Western Omlet and the Tarpon Springs Skillet, which were excellent. Our server was delightful.

Lovely and welcoming place. Friendly hostI ordered the banana split crepes.They were burnt on one the bottom so kind of chewy. And, although tasty, the crepes were drowning in chocolate sauce. I'll go back as I have had many tasty dishes here in the past - just won't do this dish again.
