Had an issue with the app and the clerk told me "we make the food, the customer needs to figure out the app it's not my problem".
Yeah.. nice. I'll be eating elsewhere today.

I ordered Subway through the app and went to the wrong subway. I clicked that I was outside because I had a curbside order. As soon as I realized I was at the wrong subway, I tried calling this subway. I called them back to back to back with no answer, trying to inform them that I wasn’t there but would be soon. No one ever answered. When I got there, I went inside, advised that I had a curbside order and explained what happened. She said okay and pointed to where my food was....read full review
