As a Bistro employee, I can say without a doubt this is the best place i’ve ever worked at with the absolute best owners, Dan and Ania. They go above and beyond for every single person on our Bistro crew and the Tarpon Tavern crew. Anyone who steps into either one of their businesses is immediately treated like family ❤️ Not to mention the kitchen staff, who are constantly exceeding expectations for our customers. Just tried this place for the 1st time. We loved the atmosphere, location, and the goat cheese fondue. The portion size of our main meals was massive. However, they were both extremely underseasoned. I probably would have sent it back if our server had checked in on us. We asked for to go boxes for pretty much everything. It was a bit awkward to box things up ourselves since we were at a 2- top. We then had to ask another server to find our server to get the check. I will definitely come back, but will stick to wine and appetizers.

Stopped in to grab an early dinner. Enjoyed a few unique Italian dishes, a full bar and good service. Def a great choice for Italian food. I had a savory mushroom chicken dish in pasta. The salad and ciabatta bread came with sauce or seasoned oil for dipping. Lovely place.

We are in town from MD, visiting family who recommended The Bistro enthusiastically. We agree wholeheartedly! On a very busy Saturday night- with no reservation- our party of 7 waited a bit while we sat and conversed in the comfortable outdoor tables. Our group was seated by our waiter, Rebekkah, who treated us like family. She took her time to go over the specials and the vegetarian options thoroughly, and saw to it that we had everything we ordered promptly and correctly. The food was delicious- I especially loved the grilled amberjack. Everyone else enjoyed different pasta dishes. From beginning to end, we had a delightful dinner in this charming and well-run restaurant. Thanks again, Rebekkah, and Bistro chefs!

This was our first time at the bistro. The food and service were excellent. However, the acoustics in the restaurant are so poor, it’s impossible to hear the person sitting in front of you. My children’s ears hurt being there. It was over the top and quite unbearable. Not sure we’ll come back unless it’s for a brunch or whenever no one is there.
This place is MY FAV! ???? Came here for the first time after we got engaged to celebrate & it was just the best experience. We love the wine, house made pastas, the Greek Cigar apps, the insanely delicious homemade blue cheese salad dressing & the owners Dan & Anya really top the place off. Truly a hidden gem. Waiter Scotty is an absolute delight & the food couldn’t be better- like seriously- it’s insane!! Coming from an Italian. Once got this crazy delicious goat cheese chicken on special- it was killer!! We unknowingly met the owners who really are the kindest & most family type people. Never had a bad meal here or poor service. Once we witnessed a mini staff bday party/ lil cake & it was the sweetest thing. One of the best places to eat in Pinellas! Can’t wait to come back❣️

We looked at a lot of options for a venue for our wedding but the Bistro just feels like home to us!
