I absolutely love The Bistro in Tarpon Springs. Every time I’ve gone, the food has been excellent, with a menu full of great choices to fit any mood. The atmosphere is what really makes it special — whether you’re out casually with friends or on a date, it always feels welcoming and enjoyable.

I may have written about this place awhile ago and enjoyed it then but to update - I have gone twice in the past six moths and have been quite disappointed. I actually ate the same dish which is the seafood rice bowl and it has absolutely no flavor. The dig meatballs which is their (I believe) signature dish is overly sweet and jsur inferior to what they were. Not sure Jif the kitchen has changed but I was there with three others who also used to love the place and it is now our final appearance. Now to the service. Horrible! Our waitress just disappeared. Couldn’t remeber who got what (not a big deal) but never checked to see if we needed anything or even more drinks. They knew we were celebrating a birthday as well and we sat and sat and sat. So no dessert no bday celebration just wanted to finally get the check which she screwed up too. Thankfully there are many other decent places to go in the area that appreciate us and the business.

We hosted our son’s wedding rehearsal at The Bistro this weekend. I would give this more stars if I could! We live out of state and arranged everything by phone. First, the manager, Ania, was AMAZING to work with. She made sure every detail was perfect and communicated with us from start to finish! She even made personalized menus for us! Next was the service… Melissa did an incredible job of serving almost 20 of us. Last, but definitely not least, the food was INCREDIBLE!! Everyone raved about every dish on the table! From the bread, charcuterie, salad, entrees and desserts, everything was wonderful. This adorable restaurant far exceeded our expectations! We truly appreciate the hospitality and the thought that went into our planned dinner party.

We had such a great experience at the bistro, and Alicia truly made it outstanding! She was incredibly attentive, kind, and on top of everything from the moment we sat down. Our food came out so quickly and perfectly. She didn’t miss a beat. We had the Greek nachos and a pasta dish, both absolutely delicious. But honestly, Alicia’s service alone would have us coming back. She was a total star! 🌟
