Ironworks Steaks and Fine Cocktails

I had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at Ironworks Steakhouse.From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was perfecf. Our Tomahawk Steak was cooked to a flawless medium rare, with an incredible sear on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside. A special shout-out to our server Brittany who was incredibly pleasant and attentive. I highly recommed this place to anyone.

Mixologist Mike's magical cocktails are the absolute best in Lake County and the Steaks were cooked to perfection! No need to travel to Orlando for a 5 star dining experience.

We ate here tonight for the first time. Everything about the experience was phenomenal. The decor is unique and interesting. The lighting was nicely dimmed without being too dark. We had Brooke as a server, she was amazing, and she deserves a raise. She was genuinely friendly, thorough in explaining things with the menu, patient when answering questions, and was exceptional at checking on the table throughout our meal. Three people in the party ordered drinks from the bar and each one was delicious! They weren’t too strong or weak and definitely enjoyed. We had a party of 5 and 3 people ordered the filet mignon with garlic mashed potatoes. It was absolutely perfect! It was cooked exactly how each person ordered and it melted in your mouth. The seasoning was perfect, the quality was spot on, and the compound butter was delicious. Everything we ate was fantastic! The Executive Chef that was cooking everything, deserves a raise too! We had the lobster tail, shrimp cocktail, and tried all the desserts with the exception of the rum cake. It was all well worth the price for the level of food and service we enjoyed. We have been to other well known steakhouses, but Ironworks beat them all, hands down. We will definitely be back.

Excellent service and fantastic food. Drink selection was impressive. Fun atmosphere and the food was amazing. Bar is just as good as tables for eating and better if you are looking for good conversation. They just changed their menu, so be alert. If you are more than a few people make sure to do reservations.

Every time I pass through Tavares, stopping here is non-negotiable. The food is consistently outstanding, packed with flavor and expertly prepared. I've worked my way through a large portion of the menu, and I've yet to find a dish that disappoints. The cocktails are just as impressive and easily some of the best in the area. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the combination of exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. If I could give it 6 stars, I absolutely would. This is the kind of restaurant that keeps you coming back again and again.

We came in this evening passing through taveras, I’d consider this the equivalent of an outback or longhorn. Just a much higher price tag. As someone who frequents luxury establishments, I was a bit confused by the high regard of the food and reviews. Neat decor, I suppose that is perhaps the hype.

Overpriced, not cooked to order and poor quality! Sad but Texas Roadhouse is better quality for way less!!

The theme and atmosphere is unique. We didn’t think the appetizer portions were worth the price, and the burger was very messy with a soggy bun. We were the only people in the restaurant the entire time, if that tells you anything.

Steak was absolutely phenomenal it was almost as if Jesus Christ himself crafted that steak with his bare hands. Also Brittany (our server) was very professional and absolutely amazing
