China Star is a reliable and friendly restaurant that consistently serves high-quality food. The flavors are exceptional, and the soups are a standout, especially when the restaurant is not busy. With competitive prices and a clean store, it is a top choice in Temple Terrace. Orders are fulfilled quickly, with generous portions at a reasonable price. The restaurant is strongly recommended for a delicious and satisfying meal.
The delivery service is excellent, with orders arriving a little early than promised. While the food flavors may be just okay, the dishes are hot and fresh. The beef can be a bit chewy, but the broccoli is cooked perfectly.
Despite the rude behavior of the staff member, the food is still considered the best Chinese cuisine in the Tampa area. Customers have been dining at China Star since 2017, and some continue to travel to the restaurant at least once a month to enjoy dishes like the Bourbon Chicken with white rice, well-done, and extra sauce.
