“Great service, excellent macchiato. There are so many choices available in this plaza but I choose the one nearest to Pet Wise as my dog was being washed and nails cut. I am glad I choose this one. The macchiato was very well made and the cheesecake doughnut was great. The young manager also told me pets were allowed but I did say that if my dog came in, he would not want to leave. So, there is that. The self serve ramen looked excellent. I was impressed with the video made of how to serve ramen and do it yourself. Very creative. As an author interested in marketing, I always notice the marketing. We will return.“

“We loved Peach Cobbler Factory so much that we visited two nights in a row! Everything was delicious! I had the Salted Caramel Brownie and cheesecake with the strawberry cobbler topping! Both were absolutely delicious! If you like Peach Tea, you must try their bottles version they sell. It was divine!! The crew is also some of the nicest people we came across. Ms. Sheila and Ms. Tameka were both helpful and have great personalities! They both had us laughing! If you’re in the Tampa area, this is a must try!“

“This kid Zaheed was by himself and making a gazillion orders and it looked stressful but he gave us quick service with a smile. My order was delish!!! Some lady was being nasty to him but he kept his cool and just kept serving. I appreciate his kindness and help in getting my order. The kid deserves a raise! 👏👏👏“

“Amazing service! Delicious desserts! Loved the decorations and the theme of the truck. The Taiyaki filling was the perfect sweetness level, and the waffle shell compliments it very well and ties everything together. Definitely a must go!

I love their monthly markets! They have different food vendors and shows to enjoy! Their new melon float is so delicious and always consistent with their taiyaki! BEST TAIYAKI IN TAMPA! If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out!“

“It was my first time in this place. It's close to home but I didn't realize it was here. The store was so clean it almost sparkled. The service was excellent and the cookie was absolutely delicious.
They have about 6 gourmet cookies to choose from. They are fresh, warm and the ones decorated are beautiful.
Prices aren't bad. One individual serving cookie was around $5. Or you could get a set of the smaller version cookies for about $9. They come in a beautiful little pink custom cookie box.
My friend has severe egg allergies and can't eat cookies. So we purchased 2 cookies but asked her to just keep the one cookie and put the icing for it in a side dish. So essentially we just wanted the icing without the cookie for her. They gave her a decent amount of icing in little bowl with a lid and a spoon. Decorated with sprinkles just like the cookie would've had.
I'll be back again and thank you for honoring our icing request.“

“love that its location is closer to Pasco county. The entrance to the bakery is currently through the MD Market. You go inside the store, walk all the way to the back and make a left. Then you’ll be at the bakery. All the products looked quite inviting. You also pay for baked goods at the supermarket cashiers for now.“

“Really fun and unique spot , we traveled from Wesley chapel to check this place out after seeing videos about it . Food was unique and fun to try , we sampled the souffle pancakes🥞 , bento 🍱 boxes and the taiyaki 🐟 . Our favorite was the bento boxes , the shrimp 🍤 was really yummy ! We won a cute plushie in the claw machine while waiting for our food . Unfortunately the painting 🎨 craft was sold out when we visited but we still had fun trying something new . 😊 Would recommend for a unique experience for kids“

“This place is so cool and the business setup is genius. There are like 6 different kinds of cheesecake in the glass at the front with other tasty treats available. There are so many baked goods and branded pasta to buy. It was hard to escape without spending much more than we hoped for xD. The food is excellent. The rigatoni vodka tasted exactly like my wife's which is an amazing thing. They had cookie dough peanut butter ice cream, which by chance is my favorite ever. This place is a bit far from our house but we'll be back to sample more treats.“

“The staff here is awesome and it always smells amazing in the store. The cookies are always fresh and always warm. (My favorite is the Double Chocolate Chunk!) Everyone is helpful and always gives service with a smile. This is one of my most favorite places in all of Tampa.“

“Haven’t been here in years so I was surprised and happy to know it was still open! Went with my family and everyone loved the cookies! We got a classic 12 pack, ate it in the shop. They were so nice and warm and worth the drive from westchase! Insomnia cookies has the best cookie recipe! Can’t wait to go back!“

“Cookies were fresh and yummy, and we watched as Alex expertly de-escalated and handled a customer complaint without providing an undeserved refund, even though his coworker was loudly disagreeing with him about it. That type of level headedness deserves a raise! Even after handling such an aggressive complaint, he then handed over my cookies with care and a smile.“
