“The Heights Lounge has become my favorite spot in the city, all thanks to Dan. Dan's a mixologist there, and he's not just good - he's on another level. The range of drinks this guy can create is insane. He's got everything from kava and kratom to the best coffee and tea. And the hookah blends - are great. Dan's a great dude to hang out with. He's always got time for a chat, even when the place is packed. He remembers your name, your favorite drink, and he's interested in what you think. The Heights Lounge is fantastic. The vibe is just right - I've brought a bunch of my friends there, and every single one of them likes it. It's rare to find a place like this. If you haven't been to The Heights Lounge, do yourself a favor and check it out. Ask for Dan, tell him what you like, and prepare to have your mind blown. You'll thank me later.“

“We stumbled upon the gem of a restaurant while checking out the info on the Egypt Temple built near our home. Our visit started with a warm greeting from the bartender/waitress Stacey P. who is an amazing ambassador for this venue. She is a wealth of knowledge and a welcoming personality. The food is amazing! I had the Build your own Double Smash Burger which was cooked to perfection. My friend and his wife enjoyed the Prosciutto and fig flat bread and the Smash Burger with Swiss. My wife enjoyed the Caesar Salad with grilled chicken and we shared an order of fried mozzarella cheese sticks. It was such an amazing and relaxing experience that I would highly recommend. “The only complaint i have is with the valet parking. Valet is the only available parking option at this location. When leaving, it took 25 minutes to get my car. And only one person was a head of us. We had an early resevation and upon leaving it was peak hour of 7:00. Many people arriving. Actually, multiple cars were retrieved befor our car was delivered. It put a damper on a great dinner. We will still go back, but will make arrangements with valet regarding prompt retrieval of vehicle.“

“Wow! 7th & Grove was the best part of my trip to Tampa. I was greeted at the door by Alicia and she accommodated my party of 5 on the fly! Bri, our waitress was amazing! Quick. Efficient. Friendly. Jarvis - the manager is a people person, you can tell he genuinely loves what he does. He walks by every table and checks on everyone. Loved that. “Brandon took great care of my electric guitar. I recently had to change my strings for the first time and thought I'd upgrade to slightly thicker strings but botched the whole thing! I brought it in and he was able to set my guitar up perfectly. He was very friendly and nice to talk shop with and would recommend anyone to go there for music needs.“

“We celebrated our 9 year anniversary and this was our first time at Meat Market. Our waiter was Chris and he was amazing, he helped us navigate the menu. He was very knowledgeable on the chefs specials and helped us make decisions on what appetizers, main dishes, sides, and dessert to choose from. My Fiance is very picky and indecisive and Chris helped him decide on what drink and steak to choose. All suggestions were on point and they were very delicious. Also, we want to give a shout out to Angel, he would come around, clean our table, and make small conversations. He suggested the cookies and dreams martini with the cookies and ice cream dessert and omg it was so good. He knew the drink menu very well. We had so much fun and we will come back again.“

“If you’re looking for a rooftop lounge with an amazing atmosphere, incredible food, and a fun crowd, this is definitely a spot to visit.

The location is perfect for a night out, especially if you’re visiting Tampa. I was in town for the Kanye West concert, and this ended up being one of the highlights of my trip. The crowd was diverse, trendy, energetic, and just an overall vibe. There were plenty of servers throughout the lounge, so the service was attentive and the atmosphere made it easy to relax, enjoy the music, and soak in the city views.

Now let’s talk about the food… absolutely phenomenal! The Artichoke & Crab Dip is hands down the best I’ve ever had. It was rich, creamy, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the toasted bread.

The Jerk Chicken Egg Rolls were equally impressive. They came with a coconut dipping sauce that honestly looked like applesauce at first, but don’t let that fool you. The sauce had the perfect touch of sweetness that balanced the bold jerk seasoning beautifully. The sweet and savory combination was incredibly well executed, making every bite absolutely delicious.

The cocktails were refreshing, beautifully presented, and fit the upscale rooftop vibe perfectly.

The only hiccup of the evening was that three different servers told us the kitchen had stopped serving food at 9 p.m. We later noticed other guests continuing to receive food, so we spoke with the manager. He immediately apologized for the misunderstanding, handled the situation professionally, and graciously comped our drinks. I really appreciated how quickly management made things right, and it didn’t take away from what was otherwise an outstanding experience.

Overall, this lounge delivered on every level…great food, great drinks, a beautiful rooftop atmosphere, and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Tampa. Highly recommend!“

“Came on r&b Sunday night the dj knew EXACTLY what to do! My bartender Brooke was super nice and professional. Would love to see more diversity (black bartenders) being that majority of the crowd is black but only one black girl is behind the bar which is oddly strange. Overall coming from OT we had a great time!“
