“Taco stand I pass by every day after work. I've been wanting to stop in for a couple of weeks but the timing wasn't right. Today though.... Yummy! Laura tacos - yep, that's the name of the food truck here in Tampa. One of those little places you could easily not know about..... the convenience store it's next to is nothing pretty to look at but their tacos and their other food too is really quite delicious. 6 bucks, two tacos. Is across from the North Tampa Branch library off of Busch and North Boulevard, right near Chamberlain high School (just posted this on Facebook).“

The cashier was very personable! He suggested some great options and clearly explained what some of the differences were between their beef options. Many different protein options to choose from. There were even some snack (candy and chip items for purchase near check out). So excited to return to try other menu items!“

“A humble fast casual restaurant with really nice staff and the best chicken quesadilla I've ever had! This is no Americanized menu. There are tacos, quesadillas, sopes, and tamales, and each one looks better than the last. You can even have a bowl! The tortilla was crispy, the mozzarella cheese was generous, and the chicken was delicious! The chicken was chopped into small pieces, sauteed in something incredible, and had fresh cilantro sprinkled on top. Whenever I'm close by, I'll be eating here and trying their sopes next!“

“Stopped by this taco stand last weekend. Ordered 3 tacos - 2 chicken, 1 shredded beef. Tacos served with 2 salsas, a lime wedge, radish, and cucumber slices. The beef was not shredded, more like chopped, delicious nonetheless. Chicken was better than beef in my opinion. The salsas are SO GOOD! Just under $13 for 3 tacos & a bottle of Coke.“

“The food is very good, everything served hot, I'm picky about taco trucks if they serve bagged tortillas but the tortillas used in these tacos is freshly made corn tortillas, maybe not handmade but you can taste it in each taco, not stale or old, the tacos and food was hot. The sopes are handmade and fresh. They have great customer service, very clean, the only thing to pick on is their salsas. The salsas could use a little more flavor, but overall, I recommend this place and will likely return if I'm in the area. Definitely worth their price.“

I’ve been coming here for probably 4-5 years at this point; I’m definitely a taco connoisseur, a tampa native & I think i have tried almost every taco place in Tampa. Time & time again, NOTHING comes even slightly close to the flavor & authenticity that this place brings!

I’ve always wanted to gatekeep it to myself so that the prices don’t surge or they change anything up ? but they deserve everything in the world and then some. These are literally the best tacos I’ve ever had in my life and I will continue to come here for as long as I live in Tampa or as long as they let me ??? plus the owner works so hard, it is very admirable. & I don’t even think he knows they sell the best tacos ever haha the flavor will keep me coming back every time.“

Gaucho Bowl - 100/10 - Even though it was overcooked the first time, when they brought it back I took my time to savor every bite. The flavors exploded in my mouth like fireworks. Tacos - Our table ordered some of each different taco, except the grouper. Favorites were the Hot Honey Chicken, Simple Chicken, Umami Steak, Double Barrel Brisket, and Wagyu Cheeseburger. We didn't care for the hibiscus tortilla. But the flavors combinations were out of this world. Drinks - Strawberry Rubarb Margarita 10/10 Pineapple Jalapeño 9/10 Mango Margarita 10/10 Traditional 9/10 Peaches - 6/10 (Tasted like a traditional with no hint of other flavors) Our server, Kayley (spelling?) was great. Whoever the lady was working tonight, thanks for making my night. The food was delicious, but the variety of hot sauces and the super friendly smile/service was incredibly appreciated after the long day I had. Got to my hotel and ate 2/3 of the flautas in about 10 minutes with multiple hot sauces and queso. “Hi guys, this is Jeffrey. I thought I’d write a review on The Tijuanas at Fowler Ave. I wanted to say that I have been attending Tijuana Flats since 2004 - Present. Also they were I believe just becoming popular. Let me tell you this….the place is off the chain with service and excellence in prices menu options, cleanliness music lights and so much fun. It’s like a Disney World almost lol. Great Food awesome service and really feels great indoors bc of the cool temp AC on a hot day esp. Highly recommend Wesley Chapel but First and Foremost the Fowler Avenue location because the staff and comfort of the welcoming and inviting atmosphere is unmatched and second to none. My fav place to go for any meal hands down. Thank you Lad’s and Ladies for making my Tijuanas Experience unlike any other Restaurant Experience ever. ❤️❤️👍👍🙌🙌“

I'll definitely be back to try some more of the menu. Customer service was great. And very quick. I think it was less than 5 minutes and I had my tacos in hand.
