“I been coming to this location for the last 3 months and I must say that Miss Jill and Miss Britt are awesome and very loving sweet individuals. Today they just made my morning they treated me to breakfast when they didn’t have to. Imagine two strangers buying me breakfast. I just wanted to let them know how much that meant to me and that this Dunkin has the best workers at this location. Not just Miss Jill& BRITT but the whole staff is nothing but kind and nice.

“I'm a regular at Dunkin’, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Jennifer Austin. I'm pretty picky with my order, and Jen always gets it perfect—every single time. That alone is impressive, but what really stands out is her bright, vibrant personality. She's a true people person and makes every visit a positive experience.
There are a lot of Dunkin’ locations around, but I go out of my way to come to this one just because of Jennifer. She brings such a strong, positive representation to the Dunkin’ brand. Her customer service is Grade A, and that kind of consistency and energy absolutely deserves recognition.
