I was amazed to watch the outside bartender, Mike last night! I have never seen a bartender work so hard, know everyone's names and drinks and was always one step ahead of what anyone wanted! I see why he is loved and has such a great crowd there! Will be back for sure!
Our server Jen was great. She didn't rush us to place our meal order after our appetizers. Calamari was a bit chewy. All in all, it was a very good experience. Would definitely come back.
We had an overall enjoyable experience. The food was good. It wasn't anything incredible, but it was definitely the best food I had within The Villages. I had the Ahi Pepper Steak. The tuna was of decent quality and was well seasoned. The mushrooms paired quite well. Unfortunately, the Thai reduction was a bit too sweet for me. I also tried the clam chowder. Now, I am no chowder connoisseur, but I found it serviceable. It could have used some salt and pepper, though.
