The best Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The food is hit and fresh, unlike any other DD I’ve been to. The quickest one I’ve also ever been to. The staff is great and they make a great team, they work together and get things done. No laziness at this store! The African American woman, I believe she’s the manager, she is kind and efficient. Not sure why there’s bad ratings. This is literally the best one I’ve ever been to!!!

They need to hire more elderly ladies because they actually make the products as they're supposed to. The last 4x I visited this location is been young people and they don't even know how to make the drinks properly. I order the same signature latte every time and these last 4x with the young people it has had no flavor just coffee and whipped cream. Get y'all's people trained properly.

Love Dunkin' donuts everyone's so amazing I get a pup cut for my Neapolitan Mastiff they don't give him a little teeny dinky cup they make it extra special for him. And I love the people that work at Dunkin' donuts I love getting to know them seeing them all the time and I always try to surprise them by bringing a different animal each time I go keep them on their toes
25 minute wait in the drive through. They got the order wrong for one of the cars in front of me and had to go back in and come out with something else. Then the car in front of me walked in to get her iced coffee and then I had to do the same, and my order was just sitting there. One employee said I was just getting ready to run that out to you. When she did hand me my order, she was trying to hand me part of someone else’s order as well.

I’m having a real difficult time understanding why anyone would order breakfast at a Dunkin’? I just was served the worst breakfast sandwich I’ve ever eaten. We left one Dunkin because they were out of stuff, and this one is nearly out of donuts at 10 am, and the sourdough breakfast sandwich was absolutely terrible! Oh, and the kiosks are not working and the order takers are rude. I’ll not be back.

This is probably the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. They are in such a rush that they don’t make the drinks right. The manager made my drink wrong and instead of remaking it just added stuff and said it was fine. It literally taste like milk and they refused to fix it. If you are spending $8 on a drink you should get what you order.
