Ordered a large signature latte from the kiosk and proceeded to watch what seemed to be the entirety of the villages (all came in after me and went face to face with an employee instead) receive their orders over the course of 10 minutes. Employees didn't seem to notice me standing and waiting for my order at all. trying to get the attention of an employee. Left without the coffee and minus the money I spent on it. Foxtail takes longer, but doesn't forget about a customer who ordered 10 minutes prior to anyone else who had come in.

Lady who greeted me was nice, talked me into buying a lg coffe so that I’d be able to get a free doughnut because it was cheaper as opposed to getting a small coffee with almond milk and a doughnut. Well after I left and thought about it, I came to conclusion that she was wrong by about a $1. Long story short any worker should think about the approximate price before presenting a deal.😇

I went to this location yesterday afternoon and I can tell you I have never had such poor service and lack of customer service skills from one of the staff members at any Dunkin. I walked in and there was one blonde lady sitting by herself in the corner and the employees were in the back talking and I literally waited about 5 minutes after they finish their conversation before they come up to the counter. there was no sense of, hey I apologize for your wait time how can I help you just a very unprofessional young man What is a look on him as if I was simply bothering him.
I've been in customer service and people business for about 40 years and as I say I don't tolerate too well whether you're young or old and have an attitude when a customer walks in who has been waiting. That young man needs to be trained on people skills and being courteous to all. I would really like to know who the manager or the owners of this location is. This is a very upscale villages area and I would hate to see the elderly be victims of this treatment.

The staff here are always friendly to us. Our drinks are always prepared very efficiently. As we only get to visit on a weekend in the evening, the available selection of donuts is very limited. Very small interior and seats are usually only available outside.

Stopped for bagels & coffee at 12pm. Service was VERY slow. 2 people turned into only 1. Lady was very nice and apologetic, but I've never been to a location that didn't immediately provide the coffee while waiting for your food (toasted bagels this time).

the menu was completely wrong I was charged way more than what was stated on the menu . lady working there was handling raw bacon with no gloves and the kid serving me didn't wear gloves, extremely unsanitary . he was very rude didn't make eye contact and was on his phone while taking my order . don't come here it's a waste of money

I was in the mood for breakfast this morning. I had my sites set on a sausage, egg and cheese on a slightly toasted sesame seed bagel My sandwich was received exactly as I envisioned it and tasted ? as I had anticipated as well. Staff was courteous polite and pleasant to converse with. There's seating ? outside the shop and inside. Inside has the feel of a coffee room in one of Santa's workshops, without the elves. I'll be sure to bookmark this Dunkin' for future visits. ??
