I come thru the drive thru almost daily. The last 4 or 5 times I had issues and was disappointed. Today i came thru twice and have to say the 2 same ladies working the drive thru both times today nailed. They were very kind.
I took my nephew to McDonald's today, and he had a great meal—he calls them “chickynuggies.” Everything went smoothly, and he really enjoyed his food.
We did encounter a small issue with an online order regarding the delivery address, but the manager was very helpful. She clarified that they've been having some problems with online orders, but she immediately corrected the issue and made sure everything was taken care of.

Jordan, the girl who was running food today, is absolutely amazing and such a sweetheart! But whoever was in charge and/or making the food had gotten mine, AND multiple other peoples’ orders wrong in the 10 minutes I was at this location. PLEASE don’t belittle and yell at your employees. Customers can very clearly see through the windows of the entire store and see this happening. Even without customers present, that is truly gross behavior.
