Food came quick enough. We had to ask for napkins and ketchup ( 2 large fries we got 3 packs of ketchup). I got the new Angel Reese Burger. It's came med rare it was a disappointment. My wife had the quarter pounder with cheese, the same as mine med rare . This has been our 3rd trip to this McDonald's, and I don't think we will be back. It's always a bit lacking at this location. Very disappointing

This is got to be the worst McDonald’s in the area! Sat at the window forever and then told to pull into reserve, driving, and continue to wait for two cheeseburgers - That’s it !!!
I normally don’t complain like this, but it Is absolutely ridiculous! And then to have the employee look out the window At all the backed up traffic and say “ Man, I don’t wanna be here today”

I have to admit I’d never think I’d give a 5 star review to a fast food chain. But me and several business associates all had just flown into town and well it was just before closing and they got us in. Only reason it’s a 3 star for service was one of the employees from the back cam out as we were leaving and we were thanking them stated “Waffle House is open later”, but other than that small comment I would have found the best McDonalds I’d been too.

Got a burger and filet from the drive-thru. The burger was hours old and dry, cheese was cold and not melted. Went to check on the filet to see if it was better and a LIVE cockroach crawled out when opened and onto my hand and was quickly thrown out the window. Absolutely disgusting and it will be getting reported to the Department of Health.

The worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The food is horrible. Orders are wrong. Someone really needs to look into this McDonald's. Quarter pounder over cooked not fresh, disgusting cold fries, egg mcmuffin cold, muffin not toasted, cheese not melted.

Ordered a Quart pounder with cheese and med fries on my mobile app in order to streamline and have order ready when I arrive. I got to the counter and gave my mobile order number. It took the staff ten minutes to fill my Oder. Once I sat down, I had to go back to the counter and ask for hot fries since mine were room temp. I write this in hope the franchisee will read this and take corrective active to achieve the McDonalds experience they fall short of.

Took my kids to get a quick dinner after their recital on 12/12, ordered ahead so it would be ready by the time we got there. We all wanted to just go home so I ordered thru the mobile app for curbside pick up. We waited about 20 minutes for our food while the drive thru just zipped in and out.
When our food was brought to us the car hop was sweet. My oldeat daughter ordered 2 cheeseburgers with no ketchup, no mustard and no onion with extra pickles, both the tags even stated it and both of her burgers had everything she asked to not be put on there. Brough them back inside and trying to get someone's attention is next to impossible, there is no one that stands up front anymore, and there is no soda machine so if you want a refill you have to wait for someone to come ask you what you need.
Waited an extra 5 minutes for them to remake the cheese burgers.
When we got home I took a bite of my bacon QPC, I don't know when McDonald's switched to using uncooked patties but my burger was red and bloody inside. I ended up just throwing it away cause I wasn't driving 15 minutes at 10pm to get it replaced..
