Went through the drive through this morning around 8:45. I had to pull up to the second pick up window for my food. I didn’t have a long wait however, the female employee who brought the bag of food to the window basically threw it at me, shut the window, and immediately walked away before I could check my order. The order was missing two items and I would have had to park, go into the building in order to correct the order. I did not have time for this!! How about asking your employees to be friendly, and perhaps wait a second or two to be sure the person at the drive through (who had to wait on their order in the first place) indeed had the correct order. That is all. Thank you.

Food was normal McDonald's food, service wasn't great, she wasn't very friendly at all. Also, the menu prices definitely didn't reflect what we were charged, and the menu is confusing to read (or the person that took our order didn't know about mixing and matching)

This place is ran by a very good and involved GM that shows she actually cares about her store and reputation. She also doesnt talk down to her employees but jumps in to help and treats it as a teaching moment. The other managers under her are also very good. This is a very busy store and yet it's very well up-kept.

I really don’t like giving bad reviews. But my quarter pounder was horrible. The bottom of the roll was hard from when it was frozen. The burger was over cooked. 2 bites I had to throw it out. I been to this McDonald’s in the past. The food has gotten progressively worse.

You ask for cream and Splenda through the drive thru . And you ask them before you leave if the Splenda and cream were put in and the answer always is the affirmative.
However, when you get home or wherever your going it's black. I'm so frustrated. It wouldn't be so upsetting if it were only a one time event but it's not it's everytime now. There is no quality control, no one to check the order making certain that it's right.
I don't know how many times I ask for a sausage egg mcmuffin and end up with Canadian bacon. This story never ends. They ask for these unreasonable wage increases and it seems like giving them that gives them the right to you whatever they feel is appropriate but certainly not what you ordered. I will not be going back. It was convenient at first and the food and coffee were hot and really good but now I'd rather drive 20 miles for breakfast However it certainly won't be the golden arches I'm completely finished damn shame that an institution such as McDonalds is defined by the service and food you receive.

How is this place still in business. When they take your order they mumble and very difficult to understand what they are saying. At the window they barely speak to you so you are not sure what they want you to do. Ordered a cheeseburger with mustard and they literally had enough mustard on the burger for about 10 burgers. There was a ton of mustard squirted out of the burger, all over the bun and all over the wrapping. There was so much mustard i couldn't eat the burger.

My order was messed up in the drive thru when they took the order and twice in the pickup window. When I went inside to correct the order I was given a sandwich not fit to eat. Terrible.

Alicia, although a sweet employee with good intentions… was not trained properly or enough to run the register on her own. Had no clue what I was ordering, how to enter order, and messed up on my order… twice. Only fixing one of the issues. More training for the employees is definitely needed.
